I started with Luke in December 2017. Must say the best decision I’ve ever made, I’ve lost 2stone, and feeling great. Began classes with Luke after 'loosing myself' both physically and mentally, gaining 6 stone and suffering from depression and anxiety. Within this year with Lukes help I have lost most of the weight, become much fitter and have began to feel like me again. For the first time ever I really look forward to excercising, achieving things I didn't think I'd be able to do all with Lukes knowledge and advise on food excercise and mindset. I started attending Luke's Female Fitness Academy back in July, and I can honestly say, that it's the best form of exercise I've done in a long time! I've always dabbled in attending various classes over the years, but soon loose interest and stop going for various reasons - same exercise for a specific period, no support and not checking that you're actually doing the moves correctly.The reasons above are exactly what you get from Luke's classes! As well as having the support and encouragement of the rest of the ladies who are there with you.This class will be the one that I will stick to for a very long time. My fitness and strength has improved so much in a short period of time, and I have such a great time attending class!I highly recommend Luke's classes, if you're looking to dip your toe in exercising, give it a try - you won't be disappointed! I've been going to Luke's women's only classes for just over a year now and can honestly say I will not stop until age gets the better of me! I've lost 3 stone, am fitter than I've ever been and have control of my diet with no restrictions. All this with two prolapsed discs, I thought I would never run again or lift heavy weights. I'm currently working on building muscle and have the confidence to go to the gym on my own to train. All this with Luke's excellent knowledge and guidance. More...

Definitely worthy of a 5 star rating! Luke has helped me tremendously with gaining strength and putting on size when I started out, I weighed 65kg, bench pressing 65kg, now I'm weighing in at 72. 5kg, bench pressing 90kg! His quality of service is second to none, always making sure you’re on the right track! ✅

I've been working with Luke since the beginning of January to improve my health and fitness initially by attending his beginners / plus size programme and then moving on to Luke’s other group personal training programmes. I would highly recommend his programmes to anyone looking to loose some weight or looking to improve their diet and fitness. Luke is friendly, approachable and very knowledgeable. He makes time to get to know you as a person and is totally committed to helping you reach your goals. With Luke’s guidance, I have been able to identify poor habits that contributed to my weight gain and have been able to form new habits which have assisted me to increase my fitness as well as lose weight.I really enjoy the group sessions which are varied and challenging and Luke is always on hand to offer support and guidance. I've lost 78lbs in 11 months and I am now much more strong and active than I used to be. Although I'm a way again from reaching my goal, I know with Luke's guidance I will get to where I need to be. I first started working with Luke over a year ago just to get my fitness mojo back, after 8 weeks I was starting to feel like my old self again and it was great and i was back in my local gym feeling more confident. Having working on my goals alone for a while I decided to team up with Luke again this year, and in a matter of 6 short weeks I've seen great improvements in strength where I had plateaued training alone in the gym. I’ve been going to Luke’s morning classes for about six months after seeing the inspirational results my wife had achieved in his groups and classes since January 2017. Prior to starting Luke’s classes I had been plodding around the gym not really sure what I was doing, and trying to follow the same advice Luke was giving my wife. When my weight loss started to plateau, I decided to try something different and came along to my first class. Luke (and everybody else) was incredibly welcoming and encouraging and he’s always willing to answer any questions that I might have. Personally, I really enjoy the fact that it will never be the same from one session to the next so that it will never become a mundane routine (like I had fallen into previously). Luke is very approachable and down-to-earth, and can empathise with the issues that most people have with their weight and fitness issues. More importantly, he’s always got a suggestion for overcoming any issues! You will be pushed to your limit by Luke, as he always seems to know exactly how far you can go better than you know yourself. I have just finished his 8 week Ab Blast program, and can honestly recommend both his L&A classes and his group personal training programs. Thanks for everything Luke!!! More...

I first met Luke in January 2017 when i applied for his ab blast course. He was really good at understanding my needs and kept me motivated through the course. I lost 12kg in weight and gained strength in the process which was the goal set for me . I continued training with Luke at the LA classes during the week to help with my mountain biking dh and race's during the weekends . He's helped me back from a bad shoulder injury twice and has always kept me motivated but also keeping it fun .Looking forward to more classes through out 2018 .... thank you Luke . More...

I joined Luke's plus size and beginner's programme about 6 weeks ago after seeing a post on Facebook and I needed to get back into fitness/weight loss after having baby no 4 last year and suffering with severe scaiatica after, I needed the motivation and proper guidance. Was nervous the first time I went to class but felt at ease and really enjoyed it! I've never exercised using weights before, but after 6 weeks with Luke I've asked my partner to buy me some for Christmas!! My body shape is already changing and I feel stronger and fitter. Don't waste time just thinking about joining any of his classes DO IT! You'll never look back! More...

Luke is a fab trainer, who has taught me so much about excerise and nutrition. I have completed both Ab blast and Women of Strength programmes and whilst my dedication/motivation has waivered at times, Luke is always there to get you back on track and focused on your health and fitness goals, whilst pushing you to achieve and understanding whatever fitness/health regime has to work for you. My biggest accomplishment is my 100kg deadlift when i couldn't lift a 15kg sand bag when I first started!!! More...
