I have been working at Quantum Financial Advisors as an intern for three months and the experience here is great. The working environment here is comfortable and colleagues here are easygoing. I’m mainly responsible for doing company research, M & A analysis and equity research. There are always some new things to learn and that’s what I think make this experience exciting and valuable.Furthermore, what makes this an outstanding opportunity to learn and grow is that Mr. Rinaldi took me to a meeting with other financial advisors at the Capital Grille in Chevy Chase MD. The topic was timely as it was about the new trends in the business for financial advisors. The discussions were thought-provoking, from which I got some brand-new ideas on this business, especially on how to improve our customers’ experience. That’s something that could never be learned in a class.I give this internship a five star rating and highly recommend it. Quantum is a great place to learn a various aspects of financial markets. I especially learned a lot about derivatives market and real-life data analyzing skills using Bloomberg Terminal. I contacted Quantum for an investment and retirement account after a friend recommended Joseph Rinaldi. He scheduled me to come in for a consult. He asked a lot of questions about what I was trying to get out my account -- how much risk I wanted to take etc. He didn't try to sell me on any products. More just gauging what I was looking to get out. He called me several days later with a proposal which matched up well with my more conservative investing nature. I've been with him 8 months and have only good things to say. When I reach out to Quantum with questions Joseph gets back to me promptly with an answer.
