I booked a holiday let via Trip Adviser for 2 nights, Friday to Sunday, for 4 of us coming to Newcastle to see England V Italy rugby match. Once we'd paid the balance of the booking cost there was no contact from Laura Bell. The day before we were due to travel we hadn't received the access code for the apartment and I spent all day from 9am trying to speak to someone on the office phone number, which just went to answerphone, and emailing via Trip Adviser Inbox without any success. Eventually, at gone 11pm that night, Trip Adviser help staff informed me they had contacted Laura Bell and she was cancelling the booking. So I then had to find alternative accommodation as we were setting off early the following morning. We did get the booking fee refunded but as we were on the last minute we ended up having to pay double what the apartment had cost. There was no apology from Quality Street Lettings for the huge amount of inconvenience and expense they had caused and I would definitely not recommend them to anyone. More...

Whenever I need an apartment to stay in either Gateshead or Newcastle I always contact Laura at Quality streets , wouldn’t use anyone else. Apartments are always located in easy accessible locations , always clean and tidy and nothing is too much trouble. Thanks again Laura xx More...

Great place to stay! Right in the centre of Newcastle and parking is provided. Check in was very easy and Laura was always on hand to answer any questions we had. Have used Quality Street a few times now & would never chose anything else. Very reasonable for the standard and location of apartments. 5* would highly recommend! More...
