An excellent customer service from each of the employee! remarkable and high quality cleaning particularly in a flat which have been occupied for 8 years;
we got our full deposit back as all the surfaces including lots of stains on each floor carpet looked better than when we moved in. The flat is unrecognisable! Kelly- the person who owns the business- is very easy going and very friendly. Even if there is misunderstanding between a client and a business she stays calm

The quality of service was great IF they turn up.
I have scheduled regular cleaning (2x one off clean and on going Monthly / Fortnight cleaning ) but after the first clean (which was great, despite being late).
The second cleaning was cancelled on the day with short notice which left me in a terrible situation because I can not find a cleaner in such short notice.
Then for the regular fortnight and monthly clean, it was also cancelled.
Advise to QSC Ltd: If you do not cover the area, please don't take on the job because customers do depend on you! And cancel on last minute isn't a great thing to do.

Quality Service Cleaning Ltd have been in business since may 2018, however while we are a new business our Team consists of staff with extensive years of experience ranging from 18yrs in the cleaning to 13 years in the window and gutter cleaning industry. It is the many years experience of our staff members that enables us to deliver such high quality of cleaning and customer service.

Here Quality Service Cleaning Ltd we provide our own equipments however we do make it possible should a client prefers to supply their own.
