Gave us a quick and a very competitive quote and literally saved our move as we had decided to go for a removal company only in the last few days, so were really pressured with time. On the big day they arrived promptly and we're super quick and efficient - in no time they had loaded both vans. I would not recommend this removals company based on my experience with them, having employed their services for a removal job.
They caused a significant amount of damage to walls, door frames, sofa and were unable to reassemble a corner sofa, double bed and a children's bunk bed which they took apart during the move. They claim it took them an extra 3 hours to set up the two beds which they disassembled into large parts anyways. The beds are now wonky, creaking and unstable with missing and loose screws and gaps in joints. I have tried to get them back to remedy the issues I raised following the move but this has been to no avail. I really don't know what professionals would undertake a job without using reasonable care and skill - when queried on some of the damages, they simply say, they cannot be held responsible because their packing service was not used!
Except you are looking to go through a complaints procedure following your move, I would avoid using this Quality Removal Services.

Your move was performed to an impeccable standard, under no circumstances would we purposefully go out of our way to damage any part of a clients items or property; due care and attention is taken with all moves and subsequent tasks. Large bulky items and narrow hallways and doors at times make grazes and scrapes to walls unavoidable. We tried our utmost best to avoid such an eventuality. All the issues you have highlighted have all been addressed and a remedy along with a goodwill gesture was offered, but this was subsequently turned down. Furthermore, you failed to settle the total cost owed for your move! Please feel free to contact us at any time to discuss this matter further.

Being a people person I get great delight with interacting with customers.
All customers have different needs and I particularly take great pleasure in trying to understand and adapt accordingly to each customers' specific requirements and needs. This concept is ingrained in our company ethos and all our team members.

What inspired you to start your own business?
I've always had an empathetic streak in me from an early age, helping others is part of my DNA; this is why I decided to start something that would allow me to do just that.
Moving home can often be a challenging and stressful affair. The vast majority of the people that I've moved in the past all had a story about how a removal company let them down at the very last hour.
After speaking to many customers the one thing that I often found to be the catalyst was that removal companies had a tendency to take too much work on without sufficient manpower or vehicles to cater for their booked clients.
Many removal companies hedge their bets by offering rock bottom prices to first come, but if they receive a more lucrative proposition they often have no hesitation in dropping the lower cost booking and opting for the more lucrative one.
I find this kind of unethical behaviour completely unacceptable and grossly unfair; so I wanted to make a difference by offering a removal company with a strong ethical fibre and integrity. We do what we say and our word is our bond.

Because we simply care, we understand the stress that people go through when moving a home all our members have been in the same situation at some point or other.

We do offer quotes online or remotely via surveys that can be conducted on WhatsApp.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
In line with government guidelines all our team members are required to wear face masks and gloves. We also recommend that all windows and doors are left open whilst we complete your move. Customers are welcome to travel in the vans as long as they wear face masks during the journey and have the passenger side window down (if feasible).
