I’m so impressed with this company. Hang with me, this is a story. We had our house built almost 3 years ago and Quality Heating & Cooling did the install. We had issues right away that they took care of. This last year, we had a leak in our ceiling caused by our HVAC units. They sent a technician out who spent a few hours trying to figure out what was going on. In the process, the tech damaged the unit. We called the owner, Oscar, and he came out the next day, driving nearly an hour both ways. When he saw our units, he immediately told us he’d take care of it. He told us the two guys who had installed the units were no longer with the company. He sent 3 guys out the next day and they spent almost all day working on our units and brought it up to their standards and didn’t charge us anything. A company willing to make things right when they mess up is a diminishing quality and is one to be admired and lifted up. I’m so grateful Oscar took care of us when he really didn’t have to. Can’t thank you guys enough! Called in to have a unit looked at, was too far gone to repair. Got a quote that night, after 9 p. m. I might add. Guys showed up at 11 a.m. the next morning to install a new one. They worked their butts off on a hot summer day in the attic to get it back up and running by 6 that evening. Very professional crew. I loved booking on line. They told me a really good tip about turning off your ac unit outside when mowing so your unit does not suck the grass right into the ac. I give you 5 stars for sure.

Oscar and Tim came to look at what I needed done on several new installation projects which included a shop. I requested a bid fast to get the shop done fast and they came through with the bid that evening. They were able to get started the next week on the project and advised they would have it done in a day. They sent the crew Brent, Jeff and Chance. Now the installation was in a shop that was way hotter than outside with not a whole lot of breeze but these guys were in good spirits and joking with each other and getting the job done the whole time. They stayed with it, even though they were soaking wet, all with a good outlook and having fun. In fact I sat there in the heat and watched them for a long time just because of their attitudes and humor with each other. I got some good laughs and it is refreshing to see people enjoy what they do enough that they have a great spirit the whole time. The job was done professionally and the clean up was outstanding. My AC went out on the day the heat index was 110 degrees. I called the company and they sent someone in less than 30 minutes. Mike said my fan motor seized up and told me its gonna be almost 700$ to fix. He knew I was struggling so he taught me how to fix it myself instead of charging me out the butt. We hired Quality to replace our entire hvac system (upstairs and down) after receiving great service from them last summer when our system was freezing up. The entire process was very professional and courteous; from their salesman coming out and showing us all the available options to the 2 technicians who came to install the units. I was worried that this would take more than a day, but they started just before 8am and the new system was running before 3pm. I noticed she was ‘behind the scene’ the whole way! I’d like to add that the whole team (Brent, Jeff, Josh, Golden & Kelli) was a pleasure doing business with and the crew was polite and professional. My wife and I shopped around for a long time for a new A/C unit. We got a card from the booth at the Home and Garden show and thought let’s give these folks a try. Golden came out and was very professional covered everything and the price was right. On day of install Brent, Jeff, Josh and Golden worked their tails off. We got a new A/C unit and moved the furnace to the attic. They started early and stayed late. They never slowed down!! They all were extremely professional in work and speak. I’m a commercial plumber and I was on a new Cricket Wireless job in Okmulgee with Quality Heating and Cooling, I was very impressed with the install guys don’t remember their names but they was very professional and did very clean work. So when my heater stop working I decided to use them I did ask the guys in Okmulgee for they had a service crew and said they did. I called them today to see if they could come out and they sent Golden Lewandowski. Golden was very professional and got my unit running in a short amount of time.
