Excellent service from Chandni who was very patient with me through the whole process. I therefore could not fault the service provided. The only thing I would note is that my initial 'estimate of costs' was £1886. The final cost was actually £3367 due to extras.My personal feeling after the whole process is that I could have probably got the job done for less if I wasn't new to London and had friends or family who knew a cheaper reliable local solicitor/conveyancer. They managed to finish my job, however some of the staff members are not very keen to be helpful and you have to chase them for something, they are probably too busy to spend sufficient time for each client. We had a very short and a tight deadline to achieve. Jayshree Chudasama (Jay) went on leave the very next day we signed Quality Conveyancing (QC). This however did not slow down on our progress expectations at all. I found Jay's assistants who covered her during her vacation, very thorough and prompt.
