Peter did an amazing job! He put up 6 shelves, 4 sets of blinds, a mirror and some floating draws all in the space of 3 hours. He was friendly, and had a great sense of humour. Would highly recommend to anyone needing building services. More...

Built a new extension 4.5m by 5m
Builder helped me with drawing plans and also with planning permission. They were team of professionals from start to finish.
Very clean and courteous builders. I will have back to do my loft as well.

Generally existing garages are convertable into single story living space. Check if clients has gathered any details about garage with local authorities, look out for any garages coverted on same street. Plans and specs to be ready prior to commence work.

In order proceed with the conversion , walls must be inspected if there is cavity wall, check if there is any records about how it was built. I always refer to plans and specs about structure work, concrete lintels etc . Floor to be insulated and screed over it or run wood joist and floor boards. Walls must be insulated if existing walls aren't insulated withing cavity. ceiling joists, insulate roof, put new roof as per specification on plans. Building control to be notified about each phase of the work, and site inspection always to be arranged with a building inspector
First fix, plumbing and electrics then plastering walls internally then the rest of the cosmetic work to follow

Check if the height inside existing loft is 2.2 M which is minimum height for loft conversion. Check with Local Authority, Look at details and specs of building if is Listed or not. Look at other buildings on the same street for any lofts already converted. inspect the type of the existing roof. Client to consider floor below as well. Loft conversion type to be taken into consideration. 1) Mansard conversions 2)Hip-to-gable conversions 3) Dormer Conversion, 4) Roof light conversions

Planing permission with full structure calculation and architect designs.
1) scaffolding , site insurance.
2) all plumbing, water tanks, electrical wiring to be disconnected by competent tradesmen.

4. Changing the existing roof as per planning if planning is required, structure calculations and type of loft . Prepare for steel beams, install beams, infill steal beams with wood rafters bolted in. Run new floor joist, floor insulation, floor boards, new roofing rafters, new velux windows if required, breathable membrane, buttons and tiles, led flashing where necessary. insulate roof, first fix plumbing, first fix electricity

4 bedroom house renovation. Steel beams supplied and fitted to replace structure walls in kitchen open plan. New cloak room created on ground floor. New walk-in shower, wc, two separate basins. New design and build bathroom top floor. New central heating, wet underfloor heating on kitchen dinning open plan. Full house rewiring, whole house walls and ceilings plasterers, new door lining, new doors supply and fit, new skirting board. Bathroom , shower room floor electric underfloor heating.

Plans drawn up, a planning permission sorted. Drawing for underground pipe work drawn and submitted to Thames Water for manhole relocation and building over waste pipes. New foundations for an extension 4.5m by 5m. Dpc course , cavity walls outer skin brick , insulation and inner skin block work. New pitchet roof. Each stage of structure work, inspected and passed by builder control. Completion certificate issued to client by building control. Client has been given 10 years guarantee by builder

Scaffolding put up, old roof with rooten rafters , buttons breathable membrane removed. Supplied and fitted, new rafters, breathable membrane and tiles, new fascia board, new guttering. Project completed in 3 weeks time.

Tiling floor and walls throughout using porcelain tiles. Builder supplied all materials

Painted 2 bedroom flat. All walls and ceilings and wood work , filled in and sanded down. Two coats of paint over walls and ceilings and undercoat and top coat on wood work. Qualit finish.

Brick work repair and pointing

Existing render hacked off, walls brushed down and water down, a scratch coat applied then few days later top coat finish. Applied lime wash paint for masonry exterior use.
