As a man in my fifties, I had accumulated several pensions of various sizes over the years and also had a number of investments in several companies. All the annual statements were, frankly, quite baffling. Sean Lynch, of Qifa Financial, was recommended so I rang to make an appointment. The whole process was simple; Sean took time to assess all of my investments and pension plans then gave sound advice as to what changes were required maximise my future income and also to significantly reduce the ongoing charges I was incurring. Sean explained every detail that I hadn`t fully understood and contacted the various financial institutions on my behalf. The whole process was easier than I had imagined, handled professionally and great value for money too. Many thanks to Sean and his team at Qifa. With Best Wishes, Liam de Hal. More...

Thank you Liam for a great review. It was a pleasure working with you. I am thrilled that you found it of benefit and our process of cashflow forecasting has provided you with clarity and security for the future.

What Our Customers Have To Say:
“K&L Deliveries is a Courier & Distribution company with our head office in Millstreet and a depot also in Dublin. We have a total of 35 vehicles on the road. We offer next day delivery to anywhere in Ireland. We also provide a delivery service to all of the U.K & Europe. K&L employs 47 people throughout Ireland.

As managing director of this company, I have a lot of life and pension policies accumulated over the years. In September 2011 I engaged the services of Sean Lynch of Qifa Financial Planners to prepare a report on all of the products that I and my company held. Sean prepared a comprehensive report on all our policies. The report whilst comprehensive was written in plain English and designed for the end user.

Sean spent time with myself and my wife and explained in detail what we had and more importantly the type of policies we had and how they worked. He was able to show us that by changing a few simple things we could save a lot of money. We acted on his advice and will save a staggering amount of €64,400 over the next 15 years, whilst still maintaining the same level of cover.

To conclude, I would highly recommend everyone to use the services of Qifa Financial Planners. They offer clear impartial advice, something everyone could benefit from.”

What is financial planning and how specifically can it help you? Financial planning is not about products. It takes a holistic approach or helicopter view of your goals and objectives. After all, life is not a rehearsal and sound financial planning will give you the freedom to choose how you want to live your life.

Our greatest asset is our ability to earn income which is why parents spend so much on education. We are all busy building our business. This can take more time than we sometime care to admit to. Therefore, it is important to stand back and develop a clear path for your future. This can include: -Exit strategies -Succession planning -Getting the maximum from our company -Maximising all available reliefs After all life is not a rehearsal and it is important that you get the most out of your time with the business.

Under current legislation it is obligatory to offer all employees an access to a PRSA with the facility to have a deduction from salary at source. Indeed, the Government are making serious noises about following the UK example and making it compulsory for all new employees to be signed up to a pension scheme. This is called “Auto-enrolment”. Every new employee is automatically enrolled into the company pension scheme. The following employee incentives can help anchor your employee in their employment: -Company Pension Scheme -Group Life Cover or Death in Service Benefit -Group Income Protection -Personal Retirement Savings Accounts (PRSA) However, a far better way is to go beyond the basic offered and set up a company pension scheme where you contribute to your employees’ pension as well. This is seen by the employee as a positive incentive. This has been proven to act like an anchor for employees who are far slower to move when their employer values them enough to contribute to their pensions. Maybe you are in a scheme already or would like to us to have a look at it for you.
