QBH have helped RTF Networks develop their HR Policies. Dave from QBH produced for us a pack of HR policies including recruitment, grievance, disciplinary, family friendly and attendance. Dave worked with us to make sure the policies reflect how we work and that they were easy to understand and implement. QBH also ran a training course for us on these policies as well as job chats and supervisions. The course was great, covered everything we needed and Dave was able to explain things drawing from his own experiences, case law and also referring to our examples.
