My first time with Charlie and what a delightful and professional Lady. Amazing arometherapy massage with a combination of Camomile, Rose and Sage. It was supremely relaxing and with a little pain therapy added for my knees, well what more could I ask. Charlie took time to explain how treatments I was interested in would work and whether they would be appropriate. (Trying Reiki on my next visit. ) I feel great and would 100% reccommend Charlie. Charlie is nice and friendly and knows what she's talking about. I went for a 10 session offer to help my lower back heal after straining the muscle at the gym. Whereas my back will be a long way away from healing, these sessions did a great job of mitigating the pain throughout. On top of that, they did wonders for stress relief as a nice way to just unwind after a working week. More...

I hobbled in to see Charlie for a massage on my ailing back. Embarrassingly, I'd over done it washing and waxing my car! Charlie got to work doing her massage magic on my back and within 30 minutes I felt so much better. 1 week later, I'm convinced Charlie contributed to my swift recovery. A therapist myself, I very much enjoy receiving a massage and Charlie delivered a most relaxing face/scalp and back massage. I tend to carry a fair amount of muscular tension in my neck and upper back and Charlie, focusing on those areas, soothed those muscles to a lovely relaxed state. Friendly and professional, Charlie checked that the oils were suitable for my circumstances and I would highly recommend her to anyone who has not yet been on the receiving end of her therapies.
