What do you love most about your job?
Honestly, I love the freedom of my hands and possibility to cooperate with brands which resonate with our work philosophy.
I love the people around me, the team which build PYXIS every single day with passion from his heart and strong faith of PYXIS.
I love, that whenever anywhere I am, I can do my job, because of my team, who are spread out across the whole world.
I love the power give our clients possibility have been seen anywhere without any blocks and rules.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Well, I started my own business five years ago. Why… because of non-clear of visibility in my previous work as PR Specialist. I came to my previous boss with asked regarding “give me more responsibility, I would like more, I can handle it…” He has known that I am into it. However without any change and view better of “tomorrows” and miracles that something will happen as soon as possible.
It was March of 2013 when I and friend of mine have grabbed some ideas and started build brand and what more the clientele. I never turned back and never didn’t regret my decision run own business. We started in the Czech Republic and one year later in UK, after that in Switzerland and currently, we have more than 30 PYXIS PR Specialists across the world.
Why should our clients choose you?
I don’t want to sound like some cliché from the book. So I will try to explain very easily. We know what it takes to run own business. I mean not like in the sense of "cliché". I know, that you can tell me, that every company know, what it means to build a prospective business, but we are a small company, we have different values. We don't say to our colleagues what they must to do, we don't say them how to do and in the end, we don't treat them for any mistakes. They telling us what we should do and how and what more, our clients have huge advantage because we never sitting on the one chair. That means that we are full of new ideas, informations from different countries, cultures and moreover we speak more than 10 languages.
Also, we have experience with startups brand, individuals freelancers and bigger corporates as well. We ask our client about their business, their story and business side of sales as well. Based on their sales, turnover we prepare a strategy and right budget with results. We always go ahead with a strategy based on ROI (return on investment).
