Overall I have been extremely dissatisfied with Pymm and Co's as an agent, in terms of their poor customer service, lack of proper communications, inefficiency, disorganization, and inability to manage properly works that were required at my property.
Throughout the period that Pymm and Co were 'managing' my property, I was surprised at the high cost of works conducted by their contractors. I have since heard from 3 separate contractors that Pymm and Co charge 'hidden commission' on all works done at properties they manage. There was nothing in the contract, and I would not have agreed to it had I know about it.
My property was transferred to Pymm and Co when my previous agent sold their business. As a landlord, I found their choice of tenants poor, and their recommended rental value lower than it should have been.

I met with a potential tenant and Meghan from Pymm and Co.
Meghan was a breath of fresh air.
I was a little concerned about covid 19 rules however, Meghan facilitated it superbly .
She was Courteous and knowledgable and handled the meeting with warmth and professionalism. The tenant agreed on the spot ! Doesn’t get much better ! Thanks Meghan you were excellent.

I have been so well looked after by Andrew and Nico at Pymms of Brundall, such good valuable advice - I really had these lovely helpful experts on my side. They were so good, really. I don't know what I did to get such good luck having them for my agents - but actually it wasn't just luck - I chose them as carefully as I in my inexperienced way could. (They had so impressed me when I bought a house via them in the past, especially compared to my own terrible agents at the time.) I have seen some funny things going on in the world of buying and selling houses, and Andrew and Nico and the team were, I swear, beacons of light for me, guiding me through it all. Andrew is so experienced and really looked out for me, as did Nico with his relaxed confidence. I would recommend them to anybody, and you would be doing yourself a big favour choosing them to act for you.
