Every time i go there they charge me 10$ extra for tax and services which is not logical ,,,, Hookah is perfect especially with the hookah young master guy who has long hair he give the best service whoever there is another hookah master who wear hut always he keep asking to change the head and he just change one coal within 30min. This place is a joke. Well decorated, moderately expensive joke. It forms some good expectations but then ruins them when food arrives. Borscht was some liquid with beet. "Herring under a fur coat"... just look at the picture. And then google it and see how it looks like. (Extra task: find the herring -- is it "under"?) This Russian restaurant is hands down one of the best dining experiences I've had in a long time. The menu was extensive and full of classic dishes as well as some unique twists on traditional favorites. We make gorgeous and tasty Hors d'oeuvres, our signature dishes include verity of grilled meats and fish, artfully prepared salads, appetizers and deserts.
We also have a liquor license to cater anywhere in CA.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Every wedding is different, we understand that and cater our guests the food they love, whether the venue has a kitchen or not we can set up beautifully crafted food.
We own two commercial kitchens in San Diego and always set up food tasting for our clients in our Restaurant prior to the event.
What do you love most about your job?
We take pride in our work and customer satisfaction is our main goal. We have been catering for the past 5 years and know what it takes to make costumers happy. Seeing happy and satisfied guests when they try our food is what we love the most.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Being in fine dining industry for years where the taste has to match the beauty of the food catered, we have noticed a lack of both in the catering industry in SD. Most of the caterers just mass produce cheap food, we are here to change that.

We have been catering and serving private events for many years, your satisfaction is our number 1 priority. We take our guests to both of our locations, one to see the wedding set ups and decorations and the other to try the food we will serve at your event.
We have trained wait staff, amazing chefs and a know how. You will not be disapointed!
Party rentals
The Grandstand and Pushkin also offers tables, chairs, linens, center pieces, plates, glass, utensils, audio and video equipment, decorations and much more
Alcohol catering
We have a full 47 liquor license which allows us to cater in CA. With our mobile bars we can set up a bar anywhere. We also provide bartenders for hire.
