I like to appreciate Ernestina and the push Legal Service team for their professional service rendered to me and wife. I had made a huge mistake applying for a fiance visa inside the UK and it was rejected and I had just 2 months left to remain in the UK, I and my fiance now my wife was confused and panicking, we didn't know what to do, we search online for answers and find some law firms which most got back to us that it was too late and there's nothing that can be done that I just have to return to my country and then start over again to apply for a fiance visa before I could enter again and get married and get a stay, but we found push Legal Services and got a quick video appointment with Ernestina who calmed us down and reassure us that all hope isn't lost, that there was still a way out, she took over our case and advice us to get married while she and her team appeal the case, we luckily got married within the shortest period of time and fast foward to today, my spouse visa was approved. All this just within 3 months. I would advise others to seek for legal advice before applying not to make same mistakes I did. I do not understand how this immigration company has so many 5 stars. From the word go, we were promised a quick visa application process. After the fees were paid, the story changed. After getting the refusal, we have been advised that the application was at fault. After waiting 6 months and spending over £4000, our family is broken. After consulting with a REAL solicitor, we realised we have been taken for a nightmare of a ride. It took over a month to get our IHS refund back. The company has terrible communication skills. I have requested our case file, which has failed to arrive. I am reporting this company to the OISC. If you want transparency, and a professional service, use a solicitor. I am Dr Adewole and I really want to appreciate push legal services for what they did for me.My tier 2 visa got expired and I couldn't renew because of COS issues.
