Working with so many amazing people! I'm privileged to be able to support people through the twists and turns of their career journey, nurture their growth as a leader, encourage them to venture beyond their comfort zone, and help them discover their full potential. Being able to make a difference is incredibly rewarding and to see people flourish and thrive is what keeps me in my job.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Today's workplaces present complex challenges for leaders, with real uncertainty and a relentless pace of change. I understand how challenging it can be from my own career in a pressured environment, managing teams, dealing with multiple stakeholders and working long hours to do the job well. My business exists to helps leaders and talented professionals address these challenges, to develop personally and professionally and help you grow in resilience and confidence.

I'm a professional coach with a coaching diploma, over 15 year's coaching experience, and 6+ year membership of the ICF (International Coaching Federation). I invest in my self-development and CPD, I work ethically and to high standards of coaching excellence. That gives an indication of my commitment to professionalism and means my clients are in safe hands. (The coaching industry isn't regulated and you don't have to have any training to call yourself a coach, so do check what experience and qualifications people have!)
From my previous career in a Big 4 accounting firm, I have a good level of business acumen, professional understanding, leadership experience and an appreciation of the complex challenges of corporate life.
