Like most my cat is my baby, so meeting the wonderful Natalie from Purrpal was a dream come True.
Natalie met my Prince and I could straight away see her gift with cats, she is able to put them at ease and I was confident that I leaving him in awesome hands.
Every day of the two weeks that we were away Natalie sent either videos, photos or both of my very happy boy. This so helped my anxiety of leaving my boy at home.
I would a 100000% recommend Purrpal, and I would never dream of leaving my Sir Lancelot with anyone else.

We have placed our cats Gandalf and Dumbledore into catteries a few times in the past and been told that Dumbledore doesn't settle well in a Cattery. He has returned to us previously from the most luxurious and professional catteries with visible weight loss. They are both rescue cats and Dumbledore can be a little nervous around strangers and tends to hide himself away. Finding Natalie on Facebook was wonderful. We have just returned from a 5 day trip to find both cats healthy and happy.
Natalie sent us photos and videos of the cats each day we were away and we were blown away that on day one she had both of them playing with her and happily being fussed. She clearly has a gift with cats as that's very unusual behaviour for Dumbledore (Gandalf will approach most people looking for something to steal).
We could not be more pleased with the service and will definitely be booking Natalie again for future holidays. The cats are much happier in their own home and the service provided is brilliant value for money and offers great piece of mind. Thank you Natalie!

It was great to find Natalie and purrpal
Jezabelle is a very timid cat so it was lovely to see right from the start that Natalie was a lovely lady who you just tell from the start that Jezabelle would be in safe hands. It’s very important to me know that she would taken care of with as little upheaval as possible.

Why haven’t I found you sooner! My little cat Bobbi is a fairly nervous cat around strangers and I always felt so awful leaving her in Catterys. . I just felt so guilty. Meeting Natalie and seeing how much Bobbi loves her is amazing and having Natalie come to look after her whilst I go away is perfect as she gets to stay in the comfort of her own home.. Natalie was the perfect cat sitter for our two little furbabies, Poppet & Beanie. She sent us daily updates with photos and videos which gave us so much reassurance that they were both doing ok. Natalie is excellent, I would never use anyone else, she is extremely attentive and has a keen eye for detail. My cat is extremely anxious and requires particular care which Natalie reassured me was not a problem. Found Natalie through Facebook, I have two Burmese who are very spoilt, and can be nervous, on meeting Natalie for the first time I just knew she was a cat person and she would do an excellent job, which she did, they made friends with Natalie very fast, she knows how cats tick, this is a gift to be able to do this, she took great care of them, I wouldn't want any one else to look after my cats, I feel lucky to have found Natalie she is a perfect cat sitter and a very nice person THANK YOU Natalie xx

after reading a review about Natalie of purrpal I booked her to look after my 2 cats. Natalie has an affinity with cats that is obvious to see. Mine took to her quite easily. I was extremely pleased with the care and attention that Natalie from purrpal gave to my cat Rocco. He even let her brush him and sat on her lap.
