Personal Trainers

Ilia is very talented - He knows how to mix flexibility and strength within the same program and it’s not an easy one! I wanted to tone and loose weight. We went through a core/strength program which was very fun and original. I have learned how to do the head stands and lézard walk which was an added bonus! He is not your typical PT - every exercice is choose carefully. They are being twisted slightly to increase the level of difficulty throughout the weeks to reach the end goal. The progress is noticeable.
Ilia is also very knowledgeable which is ideal when you want to learn some good tips on how to build a healthy gym, food and mind routine ! 100% recommend !

IIia is the best PT I have ever had. He motivates, listens and shapes great workouts to help achieve your goals. He is also a lovely person and great fun so although the workouts are tough they are really enjoyable.

Ilia is such a fab trainer. He’s supportive, understanding and works hard to understand what works and what doesn’t for each person he is training.
He keeps work outs interesting and is great at suggesting recipes for meals, and additional equipment that will enhance the training sessions. He is also super responsive when you have any questions between sessions. Would not hesitate to recommend!

I met Ilia through my partner, as he first started training with him. I was very impressed with the results just in a month so I reached out to him to start working out together. My purpose was not to lose weight but to get stronger by building up muscle. I have been woking out with Ilia since 4 months now and thanks to him I am much stronger. I am also able to fit in my old clothes as my body has toned up as well. I am so glad I started working out with him not only due to the positive physical impacts but also for all the useful insights he has been sharing about nutrition and maintaining a healthy life style. Working out with Ilia has been a great experience. I started working with Ilia when I was 95 kgs without knowing where to start and how to progress with my weigh-loss plan. Ilia is a very organised, disciplined and technically competent/ strong trainer. In 2 months, I lost 14 kgs and started to built up muscle thanks to his personalised training programs and diet plan. Along with his strong technical knowledge, Ilia is also very knowledgeable on nutrition. He follows up on a daily basis, schedules work outs for the days you work out by yourself and tracks your performance. He is very good at identifying your individual needs and improvement points. It was an absolute pleasure to have worked with llia, I enlisted his help when i discovered i had become so unhealthy, i had gained weight, was always tired that even climbing the stairs was becomming a hard task. llia worked with me , he looked at every aspect of my lifestyle, it was like having an MOT on my body, he helped me throughout from working out in the park to preparing a personal diet plan for me. In no time i was as fit as a fiddle. llia practices what he preaches, he is one of the fittest guy i have come across so you know you are dealing with someone who knows what they are talking about. I felt supported all through, he designed an online programm for me that even when we are not training in the park and i was training at home it felt like he was there with me at home. I hired Ilia Panev as a Personal Trainer at the end of last summer. As I am a banker and I spend most of my time in an office, my goal was to bring more movement into my life, get fit faster and improve my strength in general. I can honestly say, that this guy is amazing! Following his diet and exercise programme for the period of 12 weeks, I have managed to accomplish all my goals.
