Highly recommend Ilia as a PT, he has managed to take me from being a 'non - excersiser' to maintaining a consistent 4 times a week programme. He is dedicated to ensuring I am always challenged but goals and targets are achievable, and I am constantly improving my 'personal bests'. His approach and attitude are very positive and am now more motivated than ever to improve my fitness and transform my body for the better. Working out with Ilia has been a great experience. I started working with Ilia when I was 95 kgs without knowing where to start and how to progress with my weigh-loss plan. Ilia is a very organised, disciplined and technically competent/ strong trainer. In 2 months, I lost 14 kgs and started to built up muscle thanks to his personalised training programs and diet plan. Along with his strong technical knowledge, Ilia is also very knowledgeable on nutrition. He follows up on a daily basis, schedules work outs for the days you work out by yourself and tracks your performance. He is very good at identifying your individual needs and improvement points. I strongly recommend Ilia ( Purposeful Fitness), working out with him has had a major impact on my life both physically and mentally. Over the past 10 years, I have been educating myself about fitness, business, relationships, spirituality, and psychology. These components combined together help build a skillset like no other.
My service isn't based on factual knowledge through memorizing scientific data. My knowledge is based on learning how to understand life,
behavioural patterns observation, self-reflection, and practice.
My understanding of fitness comes from a lot of reading, but not religious following. It mainly comes from practising, observing and asking questions about my priorities at a particular moment of interest. My service will not only bring the aesthetics results people want but will also reward them with longevity.
