Kelsey did our pet mini session with our senior doggers last month and we are so happy with our shots! We had such a hard time choosing because so many were so great! Just over a week ago, I was lucky enough to spend a beautiful morning being photographed with my son for a mommy and me session. The morning was perfect; the weather was beautiful and I was able to sit outside, play with my son, and watch him learn and observe the world unfolding around him. I was absolutely blessed to have Kelsey capture these moments: my happiness, our play, and his awe at first seeing flowers blossoming on a tree and bubbles floating in the breeze. Kelsey made us feel comfortable, at home, and as if no one was watching. This led to honest and natural photos that didn't feel forced or staged, and as a result the photography was absolutely astounding. I couldn't be any happier. Purple stone photography is awesome. Kelsey did some family shots including our young (4ish months) baby and high energy dogs (border collie aussie etc cross) and made it look easy (and got everyone to behave! !!) my husband (Scott Hill) and I would highly recommend this business to take any important photos for you and your families! My family and I had our Christmas photos done by Kelsey at Dutch Growers. She did an amazing job!! We love how awesome they turned out! She was quick and professional but super friendly. We got our photos back pretty quick. We brought our dog Charlie with us and Kelsey did a fantastic job at getting him to look at the camera while at the same time getting our 7 month old baby girl to smile (which is tricky let me tell ya..). I have had the chance to work with Kelsey twice now- once when she did newborn photography with some SCAT kittens (for which she donated her time) and once as a bridesmaid in my friends wedding.

In both instances you could tell Kelsey was in her element, she's so enthusiastic and she makes you excited about the pictures being done.

The wedding was at 12 and we had a good amount of time for pictures in between, so we hit multiple locations and she had us try a variety of poses, some traditional, some more fun and interactive. Even though it was a long day we all had a great time. I've loved all the sneak peak images and can't wait to see them all! More...

Kelsey is truly amazing and talented! I have struggled for the last month to properly express how great she is. Kelsey did our labor and delivery, fresh48 and newborn photos. She was professional, discreet, fun, attentive, and considerate to our suggestions. She will forever be included in our memories of our daughter because she was able to capture the true effect and emotions from those days. We met Kelsey when she took our Family Christmas photo at Dutch Growers. Kelsey was a lot of fun at that session, and we were so happy with the outcome of our picture. We were expecting at the time, so we inquired about her newborn session and booked it. Kelsey came to our home for this. She was very flexible to accommodate our large family and schedule. Her communication is wonderful - she really does reply in minutes when you send any questions her way! She provided a prep guide so we were able to maximize the session time. Kelsey was amazing while handling our newborn baby girl. I felt comfortable with her and couldn’t be happier with the images!
