Jerry made this process so easy! We were able to find availability that worked with my busy schedule, he was very clear with what the charges would be for the extra services I needed, he called and then showed up on time, he got everything done while I was on a conference call, and after gave me some tips on how to best clean up after my dog! I just used Purelements for the first time and I was so surprised how well they cleaned my carpets! I had another company come out last year and it didn't even look like they touched them, there were still visible stains AND they charged me more than double the price PurElements charged. I called to make an appointment to have my carpets cleaned based on a groupon add. I was surprised to see the ban pull up and the owner of the company was the person cleaning my carpet today.  I showed him the rooms I needed cleaning and he explained how he was going to clean them and that most of the spots cleaned be cleaned.  I was pretty shocked he was able to get them clean. I had two grandkids living with me and the carpets and hall to their rooms were filthy.  I was actually expecting to buy new carpet.  Well now I have more life to my carpet.  I'm very pleased with the service and the price.  Now that I had such a great experience I will have the rest of the house done. My wife hired PurElements to do several rooms in our house.  I wasn't there at the time but when I saw the job he did I could not believe how awesome the work was.  I thought for sure that the carpet in our upstairs guest room and hallway where our grandson had been staying was beyond salvageable and we were certainly going to have to replace it but it looked as good as new!  The other rooms that they did also looked fantastic.  Not to mention my wife kept telling me how courteous and professional he was to her.  We will definitely be using them again any time we need our carpets cleaned. This is a great company for carpet cleaning.  They are priced fairly and do an excellent job. The owner cleans the carpet. He is very competent. He has many carpet cleaning certifications and the best truck mounted equipment.I have used him 3 times because it is important to have your carpet cleaned at least once a year to validate your carpet warranty,  kill the bacteria, and remove dirt and stains.I highly recommend PurElements carpet cleaning.Thank you for being honest. We had PurElements come out on an Amazon local coupon. I wasn't expecting much because we'd had two companies come out in the last year and would do an okay job, but it was still pretty obvious where the traffic patterns were and they both said "there wasn't much they could do" about it. ..our carpet was just worn out. It seemed like after the cleaning it would be dirty again within the week. It was frustrating enough that I had been talking about replacing the carpet soon.I didn't deal with the technician when he came as my husband was the one that arranged it and towards the end of the cleaning I could hear him say "You'll want to erect a statue in my name after this..." well, not quite but he went the extra mile, went over the high traffic areas a second time and I couldn't believe it when I came out of the office...our carpet literally looked new. I was afraid it was just an illusion and the wicking would start but it never did. We did have to dry the carpet with the blower the rest of the day...which he warned us about but it was just as clean when dry.I wish I had taken a before picture. It looked similar to the some of the ones posted here. I do have an after so you can see it looks new. This is a 5 year old carpet in a home with pets, teenagers and where we eat in the livingroom often along with our kids friends. High traffic with perfectly clean carpet under the furniture.Isn't clean carpets the point? I was glad that the technician cared enough about his job to do it right and it's obvious he takes pride in his work...maybe not a statue but an unexpected Yelp review might do it. :) We're planning on using them again for our 4-plex and other areas of the home. We were going on vacation, and had some friends of ours house sit.  Our friends brought over both of their dogs for the weekend.  When we got back we were told by our friends that their dog had eaten some human food and it had caused her to throw up profusely all over our front room floor.  They had attempted to clean it up, but there was still a really nasty smell and stain all over the floor.  We called PurElements and wanted to know what they could do.  They came to our house and had and cleaned our front room.  These guys were very professional.  Our carpets are now VERY clean and there is no more nasty smell or stain.  In my opinion these guys were worth every dime.  I can now actually be in my living room without being grosed out.  I would also like to mention that they were on time and did not over-charge. I would definitely use these guys again.  I saw a review on here about being unprofessional because she was a woman.  My wife is a stay at home mom, and I work all day.  She was the only one there when our carpets were cleaned, and she had no problems at all.  She said they were very professional.  Would I use these guys for carpet cleaning again?
