I have had just enough sessions with Laura to gain what I needed and I want to recommend her for anyone out there. ️ ️‍♀️ ️‍♂️ It really doesnt matter whether you just planning to hit the gym or you were going there for a while now, Laura is there to guide you along your chosen journey and bring the results you after. As I said, it REALLY DOESN'T MATTER what your goals are: gain confidence and CAN DO attitude, to bring healthy habits into your life consistently, learn new or better ways of training, learn to do it RIGHT or anything else whats on your mind - Laura is the person who will help and advise you and I can vouch for her to do it. Easiest gym around to motivate yourself

Although I live in North London I visited the gym in Colne as we were staying a few days with relatives in the area. The gym is well equipped and immaculately clean. I have no idea how they manage to keep the studio so clean and tidy - all steps are neatly stacked, mats are well used but very clean and no odd bits of equipment lying around. Changing room and showers are spotless. And to top it all - everyone is helpful and friendly. Perhaps managers from other gyms could visit here too and get inspired. Having never had a personal trainer and never really being that committed to going to the gym I was extremely nervous about about getting a personal trainer. I spoke to Laura and knew straight away that she was the perfect personal trainer for me. Her positivity and knowledge shined through straight away and made me feel instantly at ease when training with her. She's always on hand for any questions you have and is a great support when needed. If it wasn't for her I'd have given up the gym after the first few days, now I'm going into my 5th week and absolutely loving it! I would definitely recommend Laura for anyone who is looking for a personal trainer, just as long as she doesn't get too busy to help me! � More...

Laura is a true professional, she listens to what you want to achieve and works out a fitness plan purely catered for you, now into my 3rdweek with Laura and to be honest was very apprehensive at first and was reluctant to start training again as i lacked the impetus and motivation having a physique i was quite proud of 3yrs ago and had let go, knew what was in store and the hard work to come but the sessions with Laura although hard to start with i find I'm enjoying and I'm constantly trying to "up the ante" although not always succesful but im totally enjoying my seesions and look forward to seeing what she's got in store next. ...highly recommended to anyone who's after a good PT she's friendly, approachable and very knowledgeable too More...

Laura is a great personal trainer. She pushes you to your limits. Her direction and instructions are very clear, concise and accurate. She structures the training well and leads by example. She firstly gives a demonstration of what is required on each exercise. Then asks all attendees to participate and do timed exercises. I attended a personal training session of hers today, 5 July 2017 at 18:30 PM. It was one of the most intense fitness work-outs I have ever attended in a while. I will definitely be attending more and recommend her to other gym-enthusiasts who are serious about improving their fitness, health and physique. Her technical knowledge is not just in relation to physical exercise but she also has great tips on good healthy nutrition and diet to aid muscle recovery and ensuring you are well hydrated. More...

I am smiling after a 4 hour and 42minute gym session all thanks to Laura's Abs class i tried out for the first time today.

Whether you are a hurcules monster or a tibetan buddah i would reccomend you to goto a class of laura's as switching up your routine of lifting weights or running on the treadmill can really develop your mind and body unquestionably and rekindle the fun experience that the gym should be for you.

The ab's class that i took was high intensity and supportive as you collectively workout at a team. Even if you are unsure of what you should be doing or missed a command, you can look around at others and get right back into it.

Be sure to take a towel and drink with you as it is unrelenting as it should be.

Everybody can spare 20 minutes out of their day so spend it with laura and you will not regret it :p

She provides Abs classes, step classes (which she loves ;] ) and personal one-to-one training. She is perpetually developing her skills and training and applies them to her clients which is her passion.

Had a go at Laura's circuits tonight, can highly recommend them if you're looking to get your fitness levels up as they are killer � they will certainly push you to the limits! Every two weeks we check the progress by taking measurements, body weight check, body fat check. Comparing the pictures before and after, and that's the best prove of seeing changes and how far you come and how far you are ready to go to get Better YOU.

DIET. CONSISTENCY. TIME.

Diet is the key, need to eat healthy and up to 3-4 times a day depending on your goals. Consistency must be in your training, only this way you will get results with a time and patience. Time if you want results you MUST make time for it, nothing comes easy.

Helping people with they struggles, as diet, training, and being a friend.

Personally I am in fitness industry more than 5 years, and becoming a personal trainer was the way how I am gonna help people in a gym. Seeing people in gym struggling with exercises or not knowing what to do, where to start, and how to get the desire goals was my aim.

I know my thing as a Personal Trainer I can educate people, guide them and they will enjoy it. Also I am making training sessions fun and enjoyable. I motivate, push each rep just to get my client closer to they goal. Be ACTIVE, STRONG & HEALTHY !
