This salon chain rocks. I had my first colonic at their Greenwich branch yesterday and I've never felt better. Having had a facial, gel nails and a Hollywood at the Strand too - I can't recommend Rosemarie and her staff more. Super friendly, uber professional and excellent value for money. I love pure Synergie!! I'm based in both central London (for work) and Greenwich so it's perfect for me, I use 2 of their salons and they never disappoint! Visit for the first time . The saloon is small but nice and clean needs a bit of an update but they doing some refurbishment at the back so probably wil change the washing area too . ..The Best is the staff really friendly and professional and they make the great atmosphere in the saloon ��
Nico was my stylist.��
He did consultation and patched test with me 2 days ago so he was ready and he knew exactly what to do with my hair so
Nico transformed my dry and boring long hair with fabulous highlights and super trendy long lairs cut and blow dry it to beach waves ��� My hair looked healthy and beautiful again and realy trendily I love it ���
it was timely process but pleasurable because of the good attentive apprentice and Nico’s professional but funky attitude���
Nico recommended few products from which I’ve chosen 1 for my home hair grooming routine ��� The prices of the highlights cut and blow dry where the usual for the area and they also had some special offers and discounts too which was good . The hair products where a bit more pricey but this has to do with the owner preferences not with the Hairdresser working there !
Never the less I was so happy with Nico and my hair and the glass of proseco at the end so I didn’t want to complain about the products prices....A BIG Thank you to Nico ��� you made my day and my hair fabulous ��������

I had my LVL lashes done here. This was the first time I had it done. I don't remember the name of the technician who did my lashes, but I loved the results. It has been 2 weeks since I've had it done, and my lashes are still amazing. My technician was friendly and professional. One thing I would have liked to change about my experience, however, was that I wish I had a talk through from the technician about the process, from how to prepare for the treatment to how to care for it afterwards. The technician was very knowledgeable when I asked, but I feel that this information should have been offered to me without me asking. Have been doing LVL lash curling treatment with Joanna for a year now. The only place that gives me consistent results any time I walk out of the salon. Very professional and gentle. I am extremely satisfied with the treatment. The space is shared with a hair salon and you'll climb a steep set of stairs inside to get to a tiny room but it's comfortable and relaxing and I fall asleep ever time I have the treatment. I've been getting waxed for the last four years (half leg and Hollywood). I'm an American from California and recently moved to Greenwich, so I needed to find a waxing salon here. I found Pure Synergie online by searching for waxing in the Greenwich area, and I decided to try them. Elizabeth was the beautician specialist who did my waxing, and I can honestly say she did a quicker, less painful, and more thorough job than I've ever received in the States. Elizabeth used hot wax for the Hollywood and strip wax for the half leg. She was really friendly and made me feel very comfortable...because, let's be real, spreading your legs open to get waxed by a stranger is an odd situation, but Elizabeth really did make me feel comfortable. She mentioned that the Pure Synergie Greenwich location does a lot of waxing in their salon.I have fine, blonde hair and it's easy to miss spots when waxing, so Elizabeth used a light to double check her work and make sure all the hair was removed, which I appreciated. My appointment took no longer than 40 minutes.As the previous review mentioned, the salon doesn't really have a storefront. It's located upstairs above a health food place where you can get fresh smoothies, treats, etc. The inside of the salon is quaint with wood floors and has a nice, relaxing ambiance overall.I will absolutely be going back in 5-6 weeks for another round of waxing, and I would definitely recommend this salon and Elizabeth. I've been on the hunt for a good beauty facialist (is that even a word?) for a while. I came to Pure Synergie for the first time back in March/April time, and I went back for a follow up appointment just a week or so ago. The salon is small but nice, and it is hidden away upstairs in a health shop. It looks out over the cutty sark which is pretty cool. The decor is kind of shabby chic, a lot of white boarding and whitewashed walls, and the salon is kept very clean. They are open on Sundays which I find quite convenient. I have had problem skin in the past - extreme dryness and the odd nasty spot. Rosemarie (the therapist and owner) didn't give me any false pretences - she said my skin was in pretty dire straits. Since that first appointment,  I have been back a second time for an additional facial, and my skin is definitely improving. They do microdermabrasion here (which I found really good) and they also do a proper steam, cleanse and extraction on every facial. Rosemarie gave me some good tips and suggested I change my cleanser. The tips, along with two great treatments means that people keep mentioning to me how good my skin looks. I'll be back for appointments every 8 weeks if it keeps up (fingers crossed). I would recommend this place to locals and friends, hence the five star. Having "difficult curly hair" that needs highlighting when you've just moved to a new city can spell anxiety. Well, it did for me. I was tired of certain hairdressers who are shocked by my curls and want to straighten my hair. Anyway, I booked myself into this place and it gets my thumbs up! Hebe can handle curls!
