End of Tenancy Cleaning
Never heard of these guys before, and due to the lack of reviews I was a bit dubious, but from the get go they were nothing but professional and very responsive to messages.
I asked for an end of tenancy clean on a four bedroom house, and on the day of the clean four guys turned up ready to get cracking. I let them know what I wanted, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the job.
I was expecting to have to replace one of the carpets as it was so dirty, but these guys worked some sort of magic on that carpet and it was like new again. Rest of the house was spotless.
I cannot recommend Pure Services highly enough, I will definately be using them again.

The girls were pleasant just a little late on first visit as they did not know area.
They told me they had only been with Pure Services a week.
They listened to my needs.
They were super swift and finished before time...i noticed they had missed a couple of upstairs surfaces after I checked when they had left...but generally did a good job and it was a bonus to have some inside windows cleaned ...but it is too soon to give full appraisal after first visit.
We agreed they could come 30ms earlier to fit in with their schedule

Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes we will include our own supplies if requested. Please note that the prices will be extra for us supplying our materials.
What do you love most about your job?
Customer satisfaction is key when dealing with our customers. We have a "return until customer is satisfied" approach
What inspired you to start your own business?
We were already running things in a consistent and professional manner during our time working for other companies so decided to take it to the next level.
