We do not give you access to 100+ exercise videos from various fitness gurus and label it an online training program. Just like your in-person training with us, you will receive an assessment. We use Zoom, Skype or Duo to define your current fitness level. Next, we design a program to help YOU meet your fitness goals. You start with us – not videos!

The secret is to have a program that is designed especially for you. Contrary to popular belief, fitness is not a one-size-fits-all package. You need to have professional trainers like us give you a thorough assessment so you can get the correct training program to help you reach your fitness goals. Its as simple as that.

We have been athletes, trainers and coaches on various levels (youth to professional) for the majority of our lives. We LOVE what we do because we love to see people reach their goals, get results. The athletic background is paramount to our general clients. We use methods that help them reach levels others were unable to. Its about the experience, time and willing to be creative in our approach to coaching individuals to healthy lifestyle.

We love having the freedom to work independently and give clients the true flexibility they need in their fitness journey. We are free to grow with our clients and not keep them in a box (limit their growth) with corporate rules. Our goal is to create programs where clients will see results and ultimately be able to move on an integrate what they have learned from us into their life.

If you want true 1-on-1 training catered to your specific needs and fitness goals, then we are the right choice for you. We are affordable, offer great flexibility in training schedules and will work directly with you on physical training, nutrition and mental approach.

Yes we offer training in our facility as well as online. We even offer a program where you can come in for accountability checks once a week or twice a month while we guide you through online training.

In our facility we have always had hand sanitizing stations set up. In addition we offer masks, gloves and temperature checks.
