Pure Productive did an initial "deep clean" of our townhouse, and I must say that I was very pleased with their services. They arrived on time, brought their own supplies and cleaned up any garbage generated by the cleanup .Dunia, our cleaning person, was meticulous in her work and did not stop until I was completely satisfied. Bathrooms, floors, carpets, cabinets, were all thoroughly wiped down, scrubbed, polished and sanitized. I was so impressed with Dunia's work that I will be retaining her services (and Pure Productive) for any future cleaning jobs.I highly recommend this company. More...

I see other people's comments on this site about the company and I am frankly shocked. I have been using them for 4months now regularily (bi-weekly) and I love the service. I am very comfortable letting them into my house and taking over and trust me when I say that my two year old can turn the house upside down. The company has always sent Sandra and Gabriella and we love them. They are really nice, polite and hardworking. Even my two year old kid likes them...:) I would recommend and have been recommending the service to my friends and family. I am not sure what happened to the coupons bought on Living Soocial but the service is really good and very affordable. More...

I dont know what all these bad reviews are about. I have used this company two three times and they have done an amazing job at cleaning my apartment. They are also convenient and are willing to fit you in last minute. Another thing I like about them is that you can set up appointments/communicate via text. Being a busy professional, it's hard for me to take calls during regular business hours, so that makes it super easy. I would recommend them to my friends for sure. More...

It looks as though people have had bad experiences with Pure Productive Services, however, I have not had one bad encounter with their business and/or services. I hired them based off of a livingsocial deal. I was pleased with their work and attentiveness and hence hired them to clean my home consistently. After their visits I am happy to come home to a clean place in which I have nothing to worry about. They are also attentive to my puppy and let him out of his cage once they leave. That is not in their job description and I appreciate them taking the time to do that. I am happy with my services and I do recommend their services to others. More...

I was introduced to this company through a deal I bought on living social. It was a deal that stated that this isn't a deep clean, just a basic clean. I thought they did a good job regardless and now use them on a monthly basis. I ave never had the credit card issues nor the cancellation of appts that are mentioned in the other reviews. I do have to admit that they aren't always on time and that can get a bit frustrating with an infant. They're attentive to any complaints or reuquests I have (from cleaning my baseboards to the doorknobs to using the carpet scent that I like). There was an appointment when 2 of the ladies weren't the ones that normally came and did a sub par job. I immediately let the owner know and got a response within a few hours. I requested that the women that usually come be the ones that always come to my house and they've happily obliged my request with no complaints or resistance. My husband can be a bit OCD and he is happy with their service, which says a lot. My bed sheets are changed, my toilet paper is folded, towels are neatly aligned...I have no complaints. I would give them 5 stars if they showed up on time and if it wasn't for that 1 cleaning. More...
