The idea of eating healthy is an excellent idea . On top of that this place of business has it pioneered to deliver actually healthy food to your convenience. I have never seen a place In this way. I walked in expecting a to go food. Noticed it wasn't. I found it on Google maps as a food near me . Looking for lunch. I was disappointed at first because I didn't understand what i walked into. I was helped immediately with what the service was all about. Almost every meal explained. Still a little confused because this place of business is different. Being a foodie, my weight has gotten a little out of control. In other words, I have packed on some extra pounds and I need to get rid of them. I've tried a few different diet plans, but I need structure and Pure Plates Fresh Start 30 gives me that. In the past, I had stopped in the Kirkwood location to pick-up some entrees for work lunches and enjoyed them. When I decided to lose this extra weight, I started to see PP postings on FB. They caught my attention, so I visited their website. I was ready to go online and order the Keto plan, but decided to call and go meet their nutrition coach instead. So glad I did. I drove out to Chesterfield and meet with Leslee. She listened to my goals, likes and dislikes in food and what my work and personal life was like. Instead of putting me on the Keto, she designed a menu and plan just for me. I'm halfway thru the 30 days and have already dropped 8 pounds. I pick my food up twice a week on Tuesday and Saturday. I could have it delivered, but I live close enough to the Kirkwood store, so I choose to pick it up. My plan includes 3 meals a day and two snacks and I've enjoyed all the food. The Rosemary Chicken is excellent. If I platted it like a restaurant, you'd think you were eating out in style. PP has three locations, I recommend you check them out if you're wanting to eat healthy. I'm eating healthier and cleaner and I can tell the difference in my energy and I even sleep better. I've been getting meals from PurePlates delivered to my home for about 1 month now and I just love them. They are SO TASTY and when I make a request for no garbanzo beans, or for a different kind of dressing, they accommodate my needs. Pure Plates Chesterfield Valley is a DIFFERENT approach to breakfast or lunch. Everything is freshly made onsite or at their main facility and on easy display in brightly-lit glass-door refrigerated storage. The staff is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable about all the products and programs and are helpful without hovering. Wide variety of healthy options for meals to dine in or carry out. I have been using Pure Plates for my weekly meals since mid october of this year and i am very happy with the food quality, preparation and kindness of the staff in organizing my meal plans every week. I email Lacey or call the store if i need to change any items or delay a pick up if i am out of town.
