My left shoulder was bothering me. I was concerned I had a partial tear. I made an appointment at Pure Physical Therapy. The staff was courteous and attentive. I was able to see Dr. Frank Garza, who quickly assessed my shoulder. He was able to tell me it was only an impingement. He showed me some simple exercises to perform at my convenience. Then, he directed me to his PTA, Ruben Alvarado, who patiently showed me multiple exercises for my back as well. Thank You for making my Golf Rounds so enjoyable! I highly recommend Pure physical therapy to anyone requiring physical therapy. From the wondeful ladies in the front, to the very professional and dedicated staff, they do an amazing job. Every appointment was on time and the physical therapists continually had challenges for me to keep improving and healing. I WAS INVOLVED IN A MOTORCYCLE ACCIDENT ON JULY 06, 2017. I DISLOCATED MY RIGHT SHOULDER DUE TO A DISTRACTED MOTORIST. WITH NO PLACE TO GO TO NOR HAVING NO ONE TO CONSULT WITH, MR. FRANK GARZA FROM PURE PHYSICAL THERAPY CAME TO MY RESCUE AND AIDED ME GET BACK ON MY FEET AND HELPED ME GET WELL AGAIN BY SELFLESSLY OFFERING ME A FREE CONSULTATION AND ADVISE ON HOW TO HEAL MY WOUNDS AT HOME. I have been suffering from neck, knee and calf pain for a while now and was recently treated by Dr. Frank Garza with Pure Physical Therapy. I was AMAZED with the instant relief and increased motion i felt in both my neck and knee within minutes of my treatment. Not only did I receive treatment but i received the reason for my pain and a plan to continue to treat and prevent future discomfort. Upon arrival, one is greeted with friendliness and care. My experience has been great. I have a few more sessions to go. Each time I leave, I feel invigorated and ready to face the world in a positive and somewhat less painful manner. Unfortunately, the years of neglected care have taken its toll on my body and the pain returns. Words cannot begin to describe the quality care and attentiveness I received during my time at Pure Physical Therapy. Before going to therapy I struggled to walk or simply just step and had terrible back pain that I thought would never go away. After my time there I no longer suffer from anything and I have never felt so new! Not only did the exercises help me to continue on, but the therapists and staff were also an important key to pushing forward to come back for my appointments.
