Tom was amazing this was my first Sound Bathing class and I found the experience amazing, Tom offered a wonderful in site into sound bathing and guided the room through an hour and a half of blissful sounds of a range of Tibetan singing bowls, symbols , chimes and guided meditation. I love going to Pilates and yoga at pure health. I have been going a year now. All the staff and instructors are so lovely. Everyone is very friendly and the instructors are brilliant. They are so patient and really help you. The atmosphere is always chilled and relaxed from the moment you get there with the offer of filtered water or the herbal tea of the day.
