Fantastic facility linked to the hotel. Great machines and available to work out 24 hours a day. Really well air conditioned. All the machines are in good working order. Awesome! 24/hr access if you have a fob key. It's attached to hotel, 24/hr access for hotel guests as well (just ask bellman or Front Desk). I usually go during lunch hour either for a spin class or to just work out on my own and it's never too crowded. Excellent staff. Great gym to go to, especially during lunch hour. Access to the pool and hot tub is very nice. Free towels, 24hr access. Highly recommend this gym.

I have always loved coming here, it’s usually quiet, clean, and their are a few areas to go if you feel self conscious. Recently the owner did my a huge favour when I had health complications and I recommend this gym to everyone! I have done spin classes with 4-5 instructors and they are all amazing. Greg is my current favourite. I was unsure having a guy instructor. . wow I was wrong. He motivates and encourages and makes it so fun! This is suited for any level and you’ll get a lot out of it. Just do it! More...

I cannot say enough about this place! It’s so much more than a gym—it’s a community. I came here when I was brand new to town and by my second visit, everyone was addressing me by name. The classes are amazing—they work you hard but you honestly have fun doing it (the instructors are hilarious and so sweet!). The facilities are clean and modern and functional—they’re always updating them to make them even better. And I always get a protein smoothie and some pro-nuts when I leave! DELICIOUS! Also... the prices are super reasonable. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a great workout, a nutritious meal/snack and to make some great friends in Penticton! More...
