Using Pure Green Cleaning Service again for our move-out cleanings as we get ready to leave San Antonio this summer. Â Still impressed. Â Jennifer is in the office now and Alejandra is the business manager, both are great to work with! Â They sent out a team of 3 wonderful gals and cleaned my whole house (2300 sq ft) for $202 with a military discount...about $100 less than I'd been quoted by another company. Â They'll be back to do my move-out cleaning which runs more due to cleaning the interior of cabinets, appliances, etc. I DO NOT like cleaning on the best of days, so during a move it is a Godsend to have the place clean and fresh...Thank you Pure Green Cleaning! My carpets really needed a good cleaning. I had used other cleaning companies, but it seems all they did was "push" the stains into the carpet, where they hid, and then a few days later they resurfaced. So, the first question I asked was do they actually get rid of the stain or just hide it! They assured me that they get RID of it. They came out last Friday and did an OUTSTANDING job, but I waited until today to write my review to see if the stains were truly gone - THEY ARE GONE!!!! And my carpet feels so "fluffy" again!! I really can't believe it's the same carpet - it looks NEW!!! I have found my carpet cleaners for life!!! They were professional yet friendly. They come in, work hard, and finish the job in just a few hours. The carpet dried relatively fast, so I was able to get my home back in order before the evening. I have 2 boys (ages 2 and 4) and a husband who is a Marine. I work 40 hours a week and finally broke my husband down to get some help. It took a bit as he is very particular about the cleaning. Let me just say that he was beyond impressed with the deep cleaning they did AND the cleaning after has kept him happy! For me the house is easier to keep clean and manage with 2 little tornados that run through the house so this is a win win! I have to also say that the staff is very professional and respectful! If I have any questions or concerns both Alejandra is there to help me out, her staff the same. I also love that they send me a reminder the day before they come to clean. Wow! Seriously one word that describes my experience in a nutshell (in a good way). From estimate to service all very professional & organized. I was impressed by the thorough run through of my house which by the way is free. They are bonded & insured. Answered all of my questions & trust me I am a million and one questions. I recently purchased an owner-occupied house. To my horror, I noticed when I moved in that they had not cleaned after themselves! I called different cleaning agencies and no one would give me service with such short notice. Pure Green saved the day. I had two of their employees cleaning and dusting all possible places and fixtures of the home, garage, etc. They were very thorough cleaning cabinets, windows, blinds. They took all the dirt and garbage left from previous owners. They worked hard, diligently, thoroughly and their attitude was friendly and professional. I was so impressed, I've signed them up for regular cleaning services. They have come right on time every time and they always listen to your needs and concerns.
