Jo came into my life through networking and I remember her amazing smile from the first moment I saw her. I was drawn to her as a coach because she brings so much empathy, knowledge, passion and fun into her one to one sessions. I met Joanna through business, and was instantly drawn to her energy, and her positive outlook on life. We stayed in touch, and then in true Jo style, she offered to try and help me to deal with my chronic pain - and my goodness did she help! !!
