Mike is fantastic - as other people have mentioned we’d only met him once before the day. However come the wedding day it get like we’d been friends for years - I’m sure some people assumed that he was a guest who just happened to be doing the videography! He was such fun to be around and was up for trying all sorts of things to get the creative shots that set his videos apart from the rest! He absolutely went above and beyond on the day too - staying well into the evening and capturing everyone having a great time. Also I want to personally thank him for saving our button holes after the groomsmen tried (and failed) to pin them on each other Mike you’re ace, thanks so much for all your efforts on the day, we can’t wait to see the film! Absolutely outstanding footage from our wedding! We only met Mike once before for a quick coffee and on the day it felt like we had known him for years. His work made it possible for us to relive every moment of our wedding day, even parts we didn't remember! The videos made us, laugh & cry at the same time. Simply perfect. We weren't sure whether to have a wedding video, but WOW are we glad we did! From start to finish Mike was passionate, professional and knowledgeable, making us feel totally confident that he would deliver the goods. And boy, did he. From turning up the day before to recce the venue and secretly filming the pre-wedding drinks to include in our video as a surprise, to somehow managing to single-handedly film our ceremony from 3 different angles, he completely went above and beyond. He has a total knack for getting to know you as a couple and creating something completely bespoke to you. Booking a videographer was a last minute decision and we a both so happy we made the decisions just 3 weeks before the wedding! Mike is an amazing and professional guy, from the first enquiry - just chatting on the phone; to catching up the day before the wedding - to make sure he is aware of everything and to check all the final details - we had total faith in him. When he turned up on the wedding day it was like he had known the groomsmen for years and went along with all their crazy ideas (including riding on a tractor and lighting 100 sparkers with a blow torch). He blended in with all the guest and as he didn't have a massive film camera people continued to act natural round him, allowing him to capture the day in it's raw beauty. Our final video and teaser trailer are awesome and every-time we rewatch them and show people, they comment on how even though it is a video you can get a sense how it was such a laid back and relaxing day.
