Our dogs are completely in love with their walker, Margaret. She and the rest of the NYC Pooch team are so nice, incredibly professional, and amazingly friendly.
The walk reports are perfectly detailed, with great photos of the dogs and all the info about their walk.
We had two other walkers before NYC Pooch and nobody can hold a candle to them.

NYC Pooch is by far the best dog walking service I have ever used. I've lived in BK for many years and have been through a lot of walkers. The team in the office is responsive, super nice, accommodating, and proactive in making sure that everything is taken care of. We (and more importantly our dogs) LOVE all of the walkers. They go above and beyond in taking care of the pups, no matter what happens, and make sure to keep us in the loop on the good days and the not so good days. I've been with Tanner for over two years. I moved from the West Side to the East side and was looking for a dog walker. Tanner came recommended by a friend of my step son.
They walk my dog Sam, a basset hound mix, every weekday and sometime twice a day, when we get home late. I have been totally satisfied. They take excellent care of Sam but what I like the best is that Tanner and his walkers love dogs. You can tell based on how they treat Sam but also, how excited Sam gets when they take him for a walk. Sams dog walkers have been excellent. Sam basically has the same dog walker every day. For the infrequent times when Sams walker is not available, generally Tanner comes himself and he is great.
Tanner also can handle special requests. The most interesting was when I was getting married back in August, 2010. The venue was nearby our apartment and they said they would allow Sam to attend the ceremony. I asked Tanner if they could bring Sam over for the ceremony. They gladly did so Sam was able to be there with the entire family to see our wedding. Really special. They also will stay at our place for a night if we are gone.
Overall, we could not be happier with Tanner and his walkers. They take excellent care of Sam and we totally trust them. They really do love dogs!

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Tanner and the Puptopia team. Our walker has been walking our English Labrador since he was 10 weeks old. She has done everything from help during house training, teaching him to walk on a leash and help take care of him during his many puppy ailments. We trust her implicitly with the care of our little guy and our home. Since his first walk, we have received an email everyday telling us about his adventure that day, funny encounters and where they went. We have been told repeatedly by our friends, neighbors and even strangers in the area, that they see our walker with our pup and she is always so kind, patient and loving towards him. It makes leaving him at home everyday easier knowing he's being taken care of as we would be. Puptopia has that little something extra that really makes them feel like part of our family. More...

Phenomenal service and care for our pets!
My wife and I couldn't be happier with the service we receive and the loving care our pets receive.
Whether walking our dog, feeding our cat, or pet sitting for a long weekend we have always been blown away by the consistently amazing service that NYC Pooch provides. They have always been responsive to shifting walk schedules, training requirements we have asked for the walker to support, and any other one-off questions/requests we have raised. Best of all is receiving a 'pup report' whenever they visit our pets. It is always so comforting knowing what - and how - they are doing in the middle of the day.
After 2.5 years of using NYC Pooch, we can't think of a better company to trust with walking and caring for our pets while we are at work or out of town.
