PUPSI NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PETS INJURED WHILE IN THEIR CARE.
My pet was injured during boarding at Pupsi. Vet bills will be $4000+. Trace let me know that Pupsi takes no responsibility for injuries to dogs in Pupsi's care for boarding or day care. If you plan to use Pupsi first get pet insurance and an attorney. More...

AVOID PUPSI IN CARY FOR BOARDING—I can’t find a vacation foster for my foster dog for 2 weeks in July so I went online to Pupsi to see what they had. They require a day of daycare before boarding so I completed that and paid for it and went online that night to request the 14 days of boarding and see how much that would cost. I wasn’t sure if taxes would be included or any other fees. As I went through the process, it took several screens before I found the final amount. Once I got to that final amount, I called the rescue to make sure that it was OK, but the amount was too much, and they said to use a different kennel. By then I closed the window without submitting my boarding request to get to the final page. That was Thursday night. Friday I got a boarding confirmation and replied to them asking them to please cancel it because I never submitted the request after seeing the amount. Pepsi has absolutely positively after multiple emails refused to refund my money. They are keeping $233. They say that I agreed on the very first screen that they could keep 1/3 of the total amount if I cancel, and they consider it canceling. They said that the reason they tell you to look at the rates on their main page is that the charger goes through without you seeing the final amount that they’re going to charge on your card. Just absolutely horrible. And the guy was rude on the email and they refused to call me even though I keep asking Trace to please call so we can discuss this. I will avoid them at all cost in the future, and they are just a bad business model. More...

Our pup loves to go to Pupsi. We have boarded him several times and did a trial run with just the daycare. Every time he comes back happy and exhausted. Our pup is a high energy small dog and this environment seems to work for him. I was really worried about boarding him at first, especially because he hasn't been in that setting before but we've never had any problems. The staff seem very friendly and nice and are always happy to see our little papillon. I would recommend pupsi for anyone who wants their dog to have a chance to be active and socialize while you're away. More...

We have been taking our dog Bailey to Pupsi for over a year now and are very happy with our choice. The staff is exceptional, and their actions show they love dogs. I did want to make a few comments and clarifications to the most recent review. The dogs have three very large areas to run and play. They also have a large portion of each play area that is covered to protect the dogs from the weather. The dogs are rotated between the inside and outside at appropriate time intervals and even more frequently during severe cold or hot weather. If a dog is showing signs of getting cold or overheated, they do move them inside quickly. They have lots of dog sweaters/coats for use, and they do put them on the dogs when it is cold outside. You can also bring your own if you want. The comment that you can’t leave your collar and lease at drop off is not accurate. There are an adequate number of hooks in the drop off area to leave them. I usually drop our dog off and pick her up, but there are times my husband will pick her up. I just leave the collar and lease on the hook, and they are there when he comes to take her home. In regards to the comment of dog being sprayed with a water hose, this is very appropriate intervention if needed. If redirecting the dogs does not work, it can become a safety issue for other dogs and possibly the workers when trying to break up a scuffle. Redirecting the dogs with a spray of the water hose gets the situation under control quickly. The dogs are not hosed down as the review made it seem, they are sprayed enough to break up the situation. Our dog comes home happy and exhausted daily from playing. Drop off and pick up times are reasonable. Most children daycare centers do not start drop off until 7:30. I start work at 8 am and drop off Bailey at 7:30 am. It takes me all of about two minutes at the most to get her into the building and get back in my car. Yes, I understand some people would like to have cameras, so they can watch their fur babies all day, but it really is not a necessity for us. We know she is in good hands and don’t require to be on the computer all day watching her play. It really does come down to each person feeling comfortable with their doggy day care selection. We have plenty to choose from in Cary. We are very happy with our selection. We highly recommend Pupsi and have one happy pup to prove it. More...

The entire staff is incredible. My dog loves going to doggie daycare. Their boarding services are top notch, and so are the grooming services. You can tell how much everyone working at Pupsi loves animals and I fully trust them with the care of my pup! More...

My dog Cora has some medical issues, but we always feel comfortable bringing her here. They watch our for her and take care of her if she injures herself in any way. My dog loves coming here and cannot get into the building fast enough. It's so reassuring to see Cora love on the employees when we walk in, and it's also great to have her exhausted when it's time to go home :) More...

This facility is really nice. This was my first time leaving my dog in a kennel (though I paid extra for a private room) and she was well taken care of. The staff in charge of her took the extra care to make sure she was comfortable because she gets stressed when we leave her. Though she didn't want to play with other dogs, she did well with the staff, which makes me happy. The place is clean and they seem to have it together. We'll be bringing her back in the future.
