I brought in my German shepherd and corgi last week to be groomed. Honestly, I dont think 5 stars is enough. Not only were the staff great (my GSD gets anxious and isnt the easiest to deal with), but the prices were fair, it was very clean and they did a FANTASTIC job. I have had them groomed before, but they have never looked as good as they did when they walked out of Puppy Love. My GSD was starting to blow his coat, and to my absolute delight, they got all of that hair off. No one has been able to get all of that hair off. My GSD walked out with a bow tie, and my corgi walked out with the cutest flower on her collar. I will be back and I would absolutely reccomend! More...

We just brought our new rescue pup to Puppy Love for a week of boarding while we were on vacation. We were nervous about doing this because he's still so new to us and we didn't know what to expect from him and/or if they could handle an insecure dog. When we picked him up it was obvious he was very well-cared-for and adjusted just fine while we were gone. My dog, Copper, use to be a research facility dog so some of her social behaviours are unique to the typical domestic dog. I have an upcoming trip in the fall so I started to look for places this summer that I could trust with boarding her. When I started to look up places to consider visiting, this place really caught my attention; I noticed ALL the dogs look so happy at this facility online! I had a good feeling that this was the place to try. Luckily these pictures don't lie. The dogs I've met here are all very well-mannered and content, but most importantly the owner and staff are PHENOMENAL! We have had a few daycare trips so far and the team took amazing care of my dog! Copper had an incident her first visit, but everyone who worked here reacted very professionally to help calm her down. Her last two visits have not had any issue and she seems very happy when I come pick her up from daycare. I'm so happy she is starting to make friends with different breeds of dogs (new experience for her).I look forward to more daycare trips here and I am confident that they will take great care of Copper when I board her for a few days this fall. My dog has been going here since she was 3 months old. She loves it! I work 12 hour shifts at the hospital and I love that she gets her playtime and exercise on these long days and doesn’t have to be in her cage! OMG. This place deserves more than 5 stars. I got home from work to find my Aussie full of diarrhea all over herself and her crate (just changed her food). . it was 7pm and I called every where for open self wash and even other groomers and they were all either closed or told me I couldn’t come in due to close closing hours. I immediately called this place & the lady on the phone welcomed me right away even after she said she was super busy and behind today. It was such an emergency I got there and within 30 min my babygirl was all clean again. WOW. I am amazed by the fantastic customer service and the willingness to help with a diarrhea emergency!!! My husband and I visited all the best rated and most recomended dog day care facilities in the area. We saw alot of things that turned us away from other dog day care facilities. When we walked into puppy love it was a night and day difference in comparison to what we had seen from other places. The first notable thing was the smell. Every other facility we walked into smelled, but not puppy love. The dogs were noticeably happier then in any other place we walked into. You could see everywhere how much more passionate everyone at puppy love was about the dog in comparison to anywhere else we went to. We are so excited to get our puppy enrolled next week. My dog has severe separation anxiety. And must be muzzled in order to get groomed. She is known for being more difficult. But, today you guys impressed me . They had foxy done in less than two hours. My dog, Lacy, and I love everything about Puppy Love! Lacy runs to the door in the morning and enjoys spending her day playing, lounging, and singing with her fellow four legged friends. I'll be the first to admit I'm a particular person and Leslie and everyone at puppy love are the only people I will trust w my Sadie girl! She takes such good care of each and every pup and is so incredibly knowledage. Sadie always comes home beautifully groomed, happy as can be and exhausted from all the fun. Puppy Love is now my new favorite place to get my corgi groomed. I normally take him to the vet for a nail trim and such but he could get a bath, nail trim and squeezing for almost the same price the vet would charge me!
