Rue and Mark from Element One Photography are fabulous to work with. I heard about them one week ago and we had arranged a sitting for headshots within a week.
They fitted me in because I had a tight time frame from when I heard about them. They came highly recommended from a trusted friend of mine and she was right. They are kind, lovely and highly professional people and made the whole experience really good fun, effective and highly enjoyable.
The photographs are superb and just what I wanted.

What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
Putting the client at ease and making the event fun! Very few people (apart from most professional models) actually enjoy having their photo taken. A big part of my role is to put you at ease so you actually forget that I'm pointing a camera at you.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
When you look at your finished photos, how do you want to feel?
When others look at your finished photos, what would you like them to say?
Other questions include: do you want the shoot in a studio, at your home or on location?
What do you love most about your job?
Getting out and meeting people, then combining technical know-how with creativity to produce something truly unique. I get a thrill creating something that will be treasured for years by my clients.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I love the creative freedom that working for myself brings - it means I can go the 'extra mile' to delight my clients.
Why should our clients choose you?
Because I'm good; really good! Why else?!!!
