We hired Pulse for a bachelorette/wine tour and the whole experience was great!  Lance, our driver was awesome, he was very nice and helpful and knowledgeable of where we were going.   The price was very reasonable in comparison to other services, we had no issues with the quote vs what we paid, in fact I was pleasantly surprised that they charged us exactly what she said the price would be, many times we have run into little hidden expenses that we didn't anticipate.  We have done many wine tours and have been really lucky to have great experiences and this was no different, from booking to drop off everything went as planned.   I think the only thing I can think of that we didn't like was that there were no cup holders for our glasses, which is incredibly minor!!!!    I would definitely recommend to others! I have to comment on how absolutely pleased we are with the service we got on Wednesday when we used Pulse to go to a Concert in Buffalo! From the first phone call to the company to the moment we were dropped off, we were nothing but impressed.
