This company is fan-friggin-tastic. They came to inspect, suggest and give me a quote, just like three other roofing companies, before them. Every other company told me to just replace the roof and it wasn’t worth the repairs. They all claimed they could never find the old roof tile and it was better to do all new tile.Well, Richard gave me a very, reasonable quote and even located and matched my existing tile, with a limited supply, they came across (even though it WAS discontinued). Having to replace roof for the first time, I didn't know what to expect. I contacted several roofing companies, but I felt that Puigdomenech was the most genuine. When I first called, they explained to me how the company is different from many other roofing companies. And this is important to me, because I did not want to just hire a company because they offered the cheapest quote. They were able to promptly come to my home and survey it. They inspected the roof and were very helpful explaining to me the different options that I had. Just 2 days later, he came back with a very detailed quote that included pictures. It has been a few weeks since the team at Puigdomenech finished the new roof on my house and I am more then happy with the job. The roof looks beautiful and I'm sure it will last for many, many years. But what really sets Puigdomenech apart is that after the job was done they went over everything, including personally fixing a screen that was accidentally damaged during the install, to ensure that I was 100% completely happy with the job before they would consider it done. I called Puigdomenech for an estimate on my roof repair. The quote given to me was very reasonable and therefore I gave them the okay to start my leaky roof repair. In fact, the crew was able to start on my roof project the very next day. I was very impressed with the professionalism of their crew because they came promptly every day at 7 a.m. and did a beautiful job of replacing and redoing my tile roof in less than a week. Just had our roof re-done through Puigdomenech roofing. The scheduled date for the install was the Tuesday following the windstorm. I had expected to see that it would be rescheduled - to the contrary they still arrived the first thing Tuesday morning. Over the following three days the roofing team worked away, doing a fantastic job. We had a couple of requests (specifically an extra vent on the sun facing side of the roof) which they happily agreed to. Puigdomenech roofing rep came out to give me a quote on replacing my roof. They thoroughly inspected the roof and discussed what was needed and what my options were. Each time I had a question they responded to me immediately. When I decided to use them they told me they were about one week out from being able to do the job, however they were able to fit me in ahead of schedule. I have been extremely thankful for having Mr. **** as our contractor, hes been a huge blessing in the middle of headaches between the insurance company and my mortgage. When the storm hit, I knew I had damage but after the ins adjuster came in I had more questions than answers. Most contractors just showed up and said one of two things pay my price or lets sue your insurance company. No one made much sense, there was no middle ground til we stumble across Mr. **** and his company.
