Great all round gym. You've got fitness classes where there's a group, or you can do one on one sessions with the trainers. I did the 6 week weight loss challenge twice, really trimmed down. Now working with the trainers, improving my technique and mobility with weights and I'm definitely seeing results. More...

Done my first class with yas tis morning was an amazing class kryz couldn't have been any nicer and couldn't have done anymore to help me get through Te class I'd highly recommend tis gym and can't wait for class tmoro �

Starting going to pt360 nearly 2 & half years after having my baby done my first 6 week challenge & was amazed at my results the trainers are amazing patience of a saint with me lol I am now on my 5th challenge and am fitter and healthier than I have ever been could not recommend this gym anymore is far the best around its like a little family more than a business #pt360 forever

I can't believe I haven't rated/ reviewed PT360 before this. I thought I had, apologies folks.
What an amazing gym - The people behind it are fully commited to ensuring your experience is professional and focused on results. The classes are fun but challenging (as they should be) and NEVER easy or boring which is why I keep coming back for more.
I love to see genuinely nice people (that work hard and operate with integrity ) succeed by utilising their passion to achieve their dream.
Hats off to Adam, Ciara and their wonderfully loyal (not to mention fit and talented) trainers for running a gym that caters for such a wide variety of people who all simply want to achieve their own individual goals.

For anyone looking to get fit and change there lives for the better I highly recommend this gym.
The coaches are simply amazing and make you feel very welcome from the moment you walk in.
The atmosphere in the classes is brilliant with everyone supporting eachother.
The coaches are there anytime for advice and support throughout your fitness journey.
I started this gym last January and I've never looked back.
There 6 week challenges are simply life changing if you put the work in they will guarantee you get results.
I'm no longer clinically morbidly obese because of adam Krzysztof and Darragh and the amazing support I've gotten from everyone in the classes.

Had my 3rd baby 4 months ago and knew I had put all my weight back on and more!not only that but my confidence to train in front of a class of people or the trainer was terrifying. i signed up to the 6 week challenge in January and 4 weeks on I'm on the road to being fit again my confidence is growing and my weight is coming off!I couldn't have done it without the help of the trainers and the members!I've still along way to go but I actually look forward to doing a class now and the motivation up there is second to none More...
