I am owed money for a 14- hour shift from black Friday. THATS RIGHT... black friday november 25th 2022. I have made numerous attempts at resolving this from walking into the office personally with no resolution. To reaching out thru txt and calls to Myisha from their culver city office. as of today ( 04-28-2023 ) still have not been paid and will be seeking legal action to recover my earnings with waiting time penalty. (*****RESPONSE TO BUSNESS REPLY******) I HAVE POSTED PICTURES OF THE UNIFORM PROVIDED TO ME BY A REPRESENTATIVE FROM YOUR CULVER CITY OFFICE. this being one out of many pieces of evidence to be displayed in court. With all due respect sir or mam, if you truly were not aware of the Prudent Security Services field operations on Friday November 25th, 2022 in Camarillo at the coach outlet then this proves my point about Prudent Security Services (PSS) competency as a company. Don't work for them. They owe a lot of people money that went out of their way to work for them in April. I'm owed 52 hours of work still out of the 166 I did. They've been telling me for weeks that it's coming. I need it now more than ever. Worst company ever the number on the website is not in service they answer when they want there hr is all family so they really don’t care ! They don’t pay you it takes months to get paid they answer there phone then redirect you to another call and don’t answer the second time this is the worst company ever if you have kids or important things to pay on time DONT work for them they will not pay you at all or on time. Our school uses Prudent Security. They're very professional and good with our students. But that's not why I'm writing. Last night we had Back to School Night . I was set to leave at 9:30, after cleaning up. Clemente, the security guard that night, pointed out I had a flat tire. I called AAA to come, and they gave me a time of 10:28. I told Clemente he didn't have to stay with me, but he did. As it got later and later, I told him a few more times that he didn't have to stay. But he did. Close to 11:00, when I realized AAA Roadside Assistance wasn't going to come, Clemente asked me if I would like him to change my tire. I was so astonished. He'd only been at the school that one night and here he was so kind and considerate. He changed my tire and I finally left for home, 14 miles away at 11:00 PM. This guy is a liar...I was his best guard always went to work on time...Stop working for him because I didn’t wanna work a specific account( dnt wanna blast him) but long story short he bad mouthed me to background investigators just because I stopped working for him and he see me advancing so be careful with this company

We recently hired prudent security for our second company holiday party and was just as satisfied, if not more - as the first time. Michael and Latrice are fantastic, professional, kind, and I couldn't have asked for a better team to make sure our event ran smoothly. They communicated extremely well with me throughout the night, and what I was most impressed with ( aside from their professionalism and sweet personalities ) was their ability to understand the event and our clientele base - and who did or didn't belong at the event - it made the night so much easier. He treated all the guests ( invited or unvited - a few crashers tried to show up  ) with true respect.
