PVA Trainer was exactly what I needed to get my butt in gear again! I lost a total of 20 lbs and 84 cm thanks to my awesome trainer for holding me accountable, always making sure I was eating healthy and making sure I was on top of my game with daily reminders!! highly recommend.

I have just started using pva after having my first child/post leg surgery and I am loving it. I love the flexibility for working out when it works for me during the day and my trainer cassie has been great at keeping me on track...and harasses me just enough..haha. She is great at communicating and the workouts are awesome.

The food plan/recipes are also amazing. I never feel hungry and my husband also likes the food...huge bonus!

I feel like the PVA team is committed to making sure that I succeed. I highly recommend giving it a try. Its also much more cost effective than working out with a trainer in "real life".

I was a bit sceptical when I started PVA Trainer but boy was I wrong! I was the perfect candidate. I live on a farm, far removed from a gym to access daily and also mom to a two year old boy (so very busy). I had pregnancy weight to drop, but by being only home and work-bound, I was unable to exercise at a gym. Provision Athletics and my awesome trainer Becky taught me how to exercise at home. The results were almost instant. My husband started telling me that I’m looking great and I just felt so much better. The daily support and guidance from Becky was just what I needed. Joining Provision Athletics has been the missing link in my journey to becoming healthy and regaining my strength and endurance. Due to an injury I wasn’t able to work out for a number of years. Now that I can exercise, the customized programs designed by Lorne, take into consideration my injuries and abilities, but pushes me to reach my limits. Im certainly seeing results. Got to give a shout out to Lorne!!! He has given me that umf and kick in the butt that I needed. The app was easy to use and he got me working out the areas that I needed most. Even after a long day at work I would either do the exersises at work or home knowing Lorne would be there in my messeges asking me how my day was. I did PVA for 3 months (July, August, September) and it changed my life! Kim is amazing and so easy and helpful to work with. The programs he made for me targeted exactly what I was looking for and I saw exactly the results I was hoping for. He was always there motivating me to get my butt to the gym, but also worked around my schedule and offered lots of tips and advice when needed. I would highly suggest trying PVA if you're trying to get back in shape! Kim is the best and I would never think of going to anyone else or any other program. I spent one month in the program with Kim as my trainer. I definitely got what I was looking for out of it and would recommend it to anyone. Between the questionnaire and initial conversation over the phone Kim knew everything about my situation including some limitations with my lower back and shoulder. Right away, I was off to the races with tailored workouts immediately. I like to workout on my own and don'y have available time to schedule workouts with trainers. The Provision system is perfect for me because it takes care of the 2 things that are hardest for me to do on my own: Design my workout plan and keep myself accountable. It's the perfect middle ground if you're busy. The team is very client focused and seem more concerned with helping you achieve goals than selling you their services. Very refreshing. I am just finishing up 6 months with Ayanna. and enjoyed my experience with her very much . I’m not at the end of my transformation journey just yet (but then, who ever is ) but was given so many tools to continue on this journey solo. Ayanna was wonderful at pushing me when I reached new heights and encouraging me during lows, that is-when progress was difficult. I love that PVA promises to give you everything you’ll ever need when your initial training is done-it’s just up to you to just put in the work. Ayanna’s confidence in me that I can keep going and reassurance that she’s there for a follow up chat or answer to a question also leaves me feeling good about this stage in my training. I signed up with PVA back in February. I'm normally motivated to workout but I had an existing shoulder injury, then I injured my knee in December and just didn't feel that motivated anymore but I was getting married in the summer so needed something. When is signed up, I was paired with Kim and he is amazing!! He started tailoring my workouts to help rehab both my shoulder and my knee. Then I had another medical set back and Kim once again was fantastic to work with. He made the workouts based on what I could do and encouraged me along the way. The daily check-ins by Kim definitely kept me accountable to my workouts, which was so important during a time that I just wanted to feel sorry for myself, haha! As I recovered he kept checking in and altering the workouts to reach my wedding body goals. When it came to my wedding, I was at my target weight and I got my "wedding arms" that I wanted! I'm very happy with the service provided and Kim was amazing to work with! I'm repeating here, but he kept me accountable, I felt like he cared, and he worked with me to match my workouts with my goals and ability. If you are thinking of signing up, do it! More...

I'm so glad I saw their ad! I signed up and Lorn was just amazing he was helpful friendly and always made sure I was being taken care of by my trainer. Nothing is perfect but when an issue arised Lorn and my trainer both proactively resolved the issue and went above and beyond. I have injuries and my trainer never once was frustrated with me when he had to continually modify my workouts. I am definitely high maintenance and they are always happy to make sure that I have all the tools to keep on track. The workouts are presented in an easy to manage format that make them look less daunting and they aren't crazy and yet they are effective! Building a relationship with a trainer and having someone to be accountable to when and where it's needed is great. I am a busy new mom and having a trainer without missing appointments or the stress of having to be at the gym on time is helping me be able to commit to my goals. Oh yeah, the results! I feel great, I can keep up with my kid, I got into a pair of post pregnancy pants, I don't hate looking in the mirror anymore. I like seeing my progress and I'm still going. Lovin PVA! Dropped 15lbs in a month! Kim is great! On the initial call he listened to what my problems were and had the solution right away! The app works perfect, and the response is amazingly quick. I really couldn’t ask for anything better. My workouts are right there and every exercise shows how to do them if you r confused how. I had done a review a year ago but decided to redo it as I've been officially part of the program for 3 weeks now and last year I had only done a trial week :) Kim has been awesome from the start. Checks in with me each day, gives me gentle nudges about workouts. He's helped to keep me motivated and on track. He's also helped to give me pointers on dealing with issues i've been having with my hips and it has definitely helped. After 2 weeks I was down approximately 10" .. woot! will be interesting to see how my measurements go tomorrow. Very happy to started the program and would highly recommend it to anyone. I did a free week with PVA and it exceeded my expectations. I signed up with their Bronze package to continue my journey, mostly because I am still a full-time student (and a budget that goes with it!). Their welcome package includes well researched information about nutrition and great recipes to simplify daily healthy eating. I was paired with Jessy for the week, and I enjoyed the workouts and the daily follow-ups we had. She tailored the program to an injury I have, which made me confident I would not further injure myself. She also made me accountable! The exercices are simple, not flashy, well described and visually explained (photo and videos). My journey started with the phone call from Lorne in March and we instantly connected on a level of understanding on where I was and what I needed. He paired me with Jessy B who was on a different time zone to me but Jessy made it possible to work with me regardless of the time challenge. My life over the past 4 years would make a fantastic realty tv series so there was a lot of baggage to work through and I thought weight loss and exercise would be a great start. Jessy went above and beyond a personal coach. I was able to confide in issues beyond the 'normal personal trainer' you may get in a gym.
Although my weight loss was not met to what I wanted, this is by no means PVA's fault. Life got in the way and I again put others above my needs. The last week with Jessy I gained a lot. NOT a lot of weight but a lot knowledge with life, challenges and the fact that it is okay to full off the wagon. But don't stay down. Get up and get back on track. Life is a journey, enjoy it and don't look at issues as failures but as an obstacle to over come.
I will definitely continue with PVA and the program.
Anyone that is looking for direction for change whether it is weight loss, toning etc, I'm sure you will see PVA will be there with you.

Well I’m not sure where to begin because there are so many things I liked about Provision Athletics. Workouts are easy to follow online and I loved the videos they posted with most of the exercises. Lorne was awesome. He took time to talk to me and find out my goals and what I wanted to achieve. He guided me through exercises and provided detailes instructions on how to do exercises. There was regular follow-up as well to ensure that I understood the exercises. I enjoyed the exercises and while I was on the program I felt "the change". Even though due to my work commitments I couldn't follow through the entire program but while I was on it I saw positive change. I've joined Provision Athletics because I did not want to follow a restrictive diet and 6 days a week intense workouts, i just have no time or desire to spend my days stressing about that stuff, yet I do want to be fit and take care of my body. Lorne was wonderful, never did i feel pressure to workout yet I did more workouts than expected, I got handy tips of how to nourish my body and never felt guilty or pressured about my meals, and I enjoyed them all, and because I pick my own food, I don't have to eat things i really dislike, like oatmeal or bananas lol :) I have lost 8 lbs in 3 months, and I'm super happy with my progress, I still have more to go but I have awesome workouts prepared for me that I can do at home, and I totally adjusted my eating habits, and with Lornes encouragement I know I'll reach them in no time. This app has works well for me. I work shift work, which means having a personal trainer and booking appointments is not possible. The price is more than reasonable, I get 3+ workouts for the price of one. I have bad knees and recovering from injuries, she has understood and worked with me to strengthen my muscles. If I didn't understand the exercise, the videos provided are very helpful. All the workouts so far have worked out all the different muscles in the body, the muscles that I had no idea existed.  I love the idea that anytime I have to chat with Becky, she is there. I had worked with Lorne a few years before he started this program so when I got the chance to work with him again I was super stoked! He's an amazing trainer and coach. He's persistent and fair and willing to help no matter what along with giving you the occasional kick in the pants when you need it lol. I love the app and it makes working from home really great since I can't get out to the gym very much if at all. The staff is also super great and just as easy to work with. I have been using this for two weeks so far and I am addicted. I have never felt so motivated to better myself and be healthy than I have through this program. And having Kim make workouts that I can do from home (I commute a lot for work and am gone 15 hours or more from my home a day and also I don't like crowded gyms) has made such a difference. I have been working with Lorne Osborne at Provision Athletics since October. Some days I think Lorne is my best friend and other days I hate him! He is the most upbeat, positive person I have ever dealt with, and Mr Awesomeness drives me crazy because he usually is right about things or situations in my life. He is educated, intelligent, and the best "cyber hugger "in the world! He doesn't comprehend what excuses are, and he is relentless about getting me to workout at least 3 times a week. I have learned a lot about myself along this journey so far, and I am glad that Lorne is right beside me for support. I have only lost a few pounds so far, but have lost inches, and got rid of old hurts and emotional pain from the past. I really like the idea that I can do my workouts with very limited equipment and space, and I don't have to worry about what I look like in the comfort of my basement. I live in an isolated village in Saskatchewan's north, and don't have access to a gymn. I think that Provision is the best, and I recommend Mr Awesomeness and the crew to everyone that I meet. I started with Lorne at PVA Afew years ago ... I am 59 yrs young but was feeling a little old, flabby & unfit. My goal was to get stronger, healthier and fit. I have never been one for exercise and the gym is not my thing. That's what appealed too me, I could use weight's, yoga ball and any other equipment I had. He encouraged me daily to think about what I was eating, stay hydrated & be active. I must say that I have not felt it was super easy but it's not killing me either. The results are worth it as I haven't been able to feel over comfortable in a bathing suit for years. I am stronger & can even jog! Who ever thought I'd enjoy working out and even have two pairs of runners!! I am signed up for the Maintenance program now. I encourage anyone my age to try it ... it really has made a difference. As a doctor and previous Kinesiology major, I think one of the biggest benefits of PVA training is their customized, evidence based, knowledgeable approach to fitness. Some cookie cutter programs, like P90X for example, can set you up for early failure with their "zero to hero" approach. PVA sets personal goals that are specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and trackable (aka smart goals). If you're going to pay money for a fitness program, don't cheap out for programs that can't personalize to you or that can't hold you accountable. PVA is worth it. More...

Look no further you have found the program for you. I wish I had found this years ago before I did multiple training sessions at different gyms lost the weight and felt great but once I was done I was back into my old habits. I don't have the time or the money to be working with a trainer 3 times a week at the gym for the rest of my life! I wanted one on one training, nutritional advice, motivation and accountability all at my finger tips! In walked Lorne! This program is the best money I have spent on myself! Joining the PVA team was THE best decision I ever made. Lorne and his team really know their stuff, and they know how to get you result in any situation. I started out at 265lbs with nothing more then a fire extinguisher and a milk jug for equipment, after only a year I was a lean 186lbs and had abs! Never had them before. Well where do I start, after my free week I questioned my ability to stick to it as some do... My intentions were right, but my stick-to-itiveness has been less than stellar.....But the funny thing is, with the unwavering support of my coach Lorne (and this will be the first time he hears of this), I am down 12.4 lbs in six weeks. This program has already changed my life because it has begun to change my habits. This has not occurred in a high pressure way but in a caring and compassionate manner. As an example I don't get text messages saying did you do your workout today? I get messages saying, "How's you day going, anything I can help with?" The exercises when I do get to do them are functional yet challenging. If something isn't working it gets changed. Its amazing to have a trainer that actually listens to me and my concerns. The app is an extremely easy to use tool that allows me to do the exercises on the road even in a hotel "gym". Lorne is a true professional with a flair for creativity in exercises. He created for me a program that requires no special equipment that can be done anywhere. I have been doing these workouts from home for just over a month. I cannot believe the results. I have Lorne as my trainer. I have a lot of major issues from an accident. Lorne has helped me in more ways than you can imagine. I was always in pain from the time I woke up until I went to bed. Even when I would turn in bed it killed me. Well as of now I can happily and honestly say I feel whole again and like a normal person without pain. I can live my life just about like I did prior to my accident. For a while I went back and forth with Lorne on joining, finally I made the decision and joined. I got results! I felt amazing. There were plenty of options, if I couldn't do a certain workout, Lorne changed it so it did worked. I have been working with Shayna and PVA for a month now and it has been great! The program itself is fantastic. Being able to work out where you want - at home, or at the gym, when you want - morning, afternoon, evening is invaluable! Shayna even gave me workouts i could so in my hotel room while on vacation! I did a free week with PVA and it was amazing. I currently signed up with their Bronze package to continue my journey. Their welcome package includes a lot of information about nutrition and a bunch of recipes that make eating healthy easy. Since nutrition is half the battle, I was really impressed by how easy it was to start eating healthy just with the information that was provided. In addition to the nutrition, I was paired up with Becky who was great. I enjoyed the work outs she created for me and the daily contact she had. I feel confident in my healthier lifestyle journey with the help of Becky and Lorne. PVA is something more than just having a personal trainer. I had incredible weightloss/toning results with provision athletics. I lost 40lbs and countless inches in 4 months. The most noticeable change happened mentally for me though. Ive never been more confident than I am now. I was a stay at home mom who provided childcare for a couple families, and it was easy to find time for the workouts. Been on and off with Lorne and PVA for the better part of 3 years now and can honestly say that if you stick to the plan and really and I mean REALLY stick to a smart diet you will see results gaurenteed. Me and Lorne started out in a camp north of fort mcmurray and I started out at around 235 lbs. in about 3 weeks I lost nearly 15 lbs and 4 inches off my belt line. I ended up leaving the camp and lost touch with Lorne but ended up finding my way back last year but relapsed and was at nearly 250 but Lorne got me on the right track and I'm at a proud 217 at the moment! When I was first introduced to Provision Athletics I was very sceptical. How can one little app and a text a day change my habits? i don't know how but it did. The workouts are great and they'd adapt to whatever equipment you have available and whether or not you want to go to the gym or stay at home and workout. Provision Athletics has been an AWESOME way for me to get in shape. I have done my workouts at the gym, at home, at other peoples houses, outside and while on vacation. The workouts are SO FRESH, always fun, always different and there are positive benefits and results with every workout. The trainers are funny, engaged and very clearly thoughtful when curating my individualized workouts. I have been training with PVA since February 2016, after using multiple other types of workouts over the last ten years, and I have found the one for me. The App is user friendly with three different forms of describing each exercise: Written, Drawing & Video Demo so you never have to question what you need to do or how to use proper form. It's all there. My trainer, over the past six months, has been very SUPPORTIVE even when I'm slacking. After every PVA Workout, I feel like someone is looking out for me... I love it. I started with Provision Athletics a year or so ago and trained with the amazing Shayna. The best thing about the program is the ability to take it anywhere with you. I was hiking the Juan de Fuca trails in British Columbia and Shayna was still able to kick my butt. The program allows trainers to adapt any workout to what you have available. There are no excuses with PVA you HAVE to get your workout done, even when you are on vacation!!! Shayna and the trainers with PVA are very personable and care about their clients. I have been training with PVA since August, training with Lorne since the middle of October. I hate exercise, and love eating and drinking wine. Somehow, Lorne has guided me in finding a balance of all three of these things. I never feel like I'm deprived of anything and his workouts are constantly changing making it impossible to ever be bored. My body is looking WAY better and I feel really good!
