Bleu has been a very professional and motivational PT. He has been able to adapt a programme that fits both myself and my partner so we can train at the same time even though we have different goals/ abilities. He has also been very thorough in his detail being able to leave descriptions of the routines you have done with him which allows you to train when he is not around. Bleu is a truly excellent personal trainer. The rapport we have built seems as if we have been training for far longer period. He makes me feel comfortable and confident in my abilities as I initially was feeling self-conscience about my fitness levels.

He supports me and challenges me mentally, physically and emotionally and provides the necessary encouragement to continually push me to my limits. Bleu's sessions are effectively structured and tailored to my needs. Bleu is very professional, informative and passionate about what he does. Q&As

First and foremost I discuss the strategy short, medium and long term and what is needed in order to achieve these goals.

I find out what the client feels they can adapt in their lifestyle whilst developing a challenging yet realistic programme that will incorporate not only my training style but have their ownership within the session design.

You cannot out train a bad diet, it's not to say you can't have the odd cheat meal or nibble here and there but it's a lifestyle.

Consistency is key to fitness. Take your time, develop good habits and enjoy some treats along the way.

I want to make a difference, I love seeing people feel better about themselves not only physically but mentally too!.

I believe it was a natural progression from being a Fitness Instructor. I like to get put and about and not be confined to one place plus being your own boss is great!.

I believe Fitness isn't just physical but a lot of it is in the mind and I aim to develop not only the physical but the mentality of my client towards movement. I'm passionate about developing people and I don't just walk away from sessions thinking about my next payment I'm reflecting on my performance and what could I do better aswell as what my client may need to improve.

I think my style of training is personable and I can be a demanding trainer yet be a listener. I'm human and I can have a laugh etc and I feel that goes a long way with people.

I offer both online and in person sessions. Essentially I cater to my clients needs.

Services

Each session will last an hour ,and is personalised towards meeting your goals. Whether that be weight loss, muscle gain or strength. Every session is varied to keep you motivated, and ensure that you never become bored!.

A great way to help you overcome any barriers to exercise is group training. Whatever your goals are fat loss, muscle gain or strength. To keep the quality, and attention to detail high I only work with a maximum of 4 clients per session.

I've coached all levels of football, from coaching grassroots junior sides to academy level development sides. A number of players I've coached have entered the academy system, with some going onto professional and international caps.

I offer 1-2-1 / small group and team coaching for ages 5-18+. The sessions will develop the players technical ability, whilst enhancing their tactical understanding.
