Heather did a really good job explaining everything like how certain areas are connected to organs and different muscle. Heather is a wonderful practitioner. She has helped me with all of my tennis and surfing injuries including my ankle and shoulders. The shoulder pain was chronic, thought I'd have it forever, but after 3 treatments I can now barely feel the pain. Heather is great to talk to and is very knowledgeable about herbs and Acupuncture but also has life experience that she brings to sessions with a great perspective.
