I just got the preview of my wedding photos and the dress looks amazing!! Everything was perfect thanks to Proposals there’s no way I can thank the ladies enough, it has been an amazing experience from start to finish. Had an amazing time here and the ladies made me feel awesome. I didn't feel awkward once trying on my dresses as Thea made me feel relaxed and beautiful. Every friend I know has bought their wedding dress here and it's really easy to see why. Stepping foot in proposals is such a magical experience, one I will never forget. The independent, family run business and all the team that work there exceeded my expectations beyond belief. They have an incredible variety of stunning dress’s as well as gorgeous accessories. They made me, my family and friends feel so welcome. They are all so kind, caring, thoughtful and actually take such an interest in finding out about your wedding day. They were all so helpful from start to finish, responded to questions in a timely manner and went the extra mile to ensure my wedding day was perfect!! Even after my wedding, they took my dress, had it beautifully cleaned for me and boxed it all up with after care instructions until I move and I can have it pride of place in my hallway. I wasn’t the easiest of customers, I am extremely fussy, indecisive and often change my mind. I also lost quite a bit of weight for my wedding and they had it altered for me so it fitted perfectly. They even had amazing ideas on a back piece I bought and turned it into cap sleeves for me - my dress turned out to be my dream dress that I had been imagining since I was a little girl... I could not recommend them enough! I found "the dress" at Proposals and couldn't be happier. All the staff were lovely and helpful, my Mother-in-law to be came with me and was given just as much attention, being asked if she would like a drink and asked if she needed anything, nothing was too much trouble. After picking a few dresses between us and trying them on Thea picked a couple based on what I liked what I said I was looking for, and that was it she found the one for me! All the alterations are being carried out by Proposals at an affordable cost which is another stress off. I had left it quite late (9 weeks to go) to pick a dress but the ladies at Proposals listened to my needs and have helped me get everything in order in my very limited time frame. After walking past Proposals for many years when I was growing up I was always amazed by the beautiful dresses in the window so when I got engaged there was no other place I wanted to visit. I was greeted with a warm welcome and asked about what I had in mind for my day. I had a rough idea, but the associate was very kind and patient in exploring all the options with me. I spent around 2 hours in the Boutique and found my dress! It was such a magical moment and I cannot thank all the staff at Proposals enough for being so caring and friendly during my time there! You can really tell that it’s a family run business and it was so lovely to know the person serving me really cared about my choice and I couldn’t have found a better dress! I recently visited proposals in Chichester, I was slightly terrified at the prospect of wedding dress shopping especially as I am 21 with what some may call a small budget. The service I received from the moment I entered the shop could not be faulted, I was made to feel extremely comfortable by all the staff who were passionate and interested in what I actually wanted and also giving me inspiration and ideas of things I had not even considered. I was pleasantly surprised at the range of dresses at varied prices. I had planned to shop around but after finding a dress I loved and having such a great experience I committed there and then. I cannot fault Proposals and am shocked to see that they have any negative reviews! We had spent the day looking at other stores in the area and proposals was our last stop and i am so glad that I made an appointment here! They were all so professional and welcoming from the minute we walked through the door. All the staff worked really hard and i felt that they genuinely wanted me to have the perfect dress for my big day! I was able to try on lots of different dresses, some were picked out by the fitter once they knew the style i was going for and i found the one I loved! For each fitting I felt at ease and very comfortable, they were brilliant! Everyone commented on how lovely my dress was on the day and that is definitely down to Proposals and how professional they were, as they made sure that I was happy with the dress and recommended only the alterations that made the dress fit better! Proposals was recommended to me by a family friend and I'm so glad I popped in to check it out. The service is exquisite from the start and doesn't waver. I had a try on but nothing was quite like a dress I'd seen online by one of their designers. The ladies offered to order the sample in for me to try and I agreed. After viewing the gown I still felt like something was missing and the ladies tirelessly sought to find something to make my gown perfect - they succeeded. My gown is perfect. It was put into their storage as I did not know a specific wedding date but was told this was no problem, just to update them when I knew what was going on. I have since put my wedding back to May 2018 and am so looking forward to proceeding with my fittings. More...
