The staff is friendly and welcoming. I stopped by to view a few pieces for a wedding set up. They have the absolute best props and designs you could  imagine.  I was looking for props with an African/Royal theme and boy was I in for a surprise. To start this review, I will start with the staff. They were absolutely amazing to work with on a big event that I had. Everyone associated with HotHouse was incredibly friendly and helpful. They clearly look for and hire some great folks.As for the warehouse... WOW. They had more than I could ever imagine. When I was thinking of decorations for a Roman themed party, I thought that maybe a place like this would have a few columns I could use. But they had everything from giant statue heads, to earns, to tons of boxwood structures, and even had a giant Vulcan.The delivery drop off and pick up was perfectly on time and seamless. We decided to have an holiday party at the last minute complete with a backdrop for pictures. Â Before that would have meant me running all over town comparing prices and my options and then grabbing my truck to make another trip to purchase items I then would store until I needed them again or had a yard sale. Â Thanks to Hot House the boss and I made one fun trip to their vast warehouse, selected our items and within an hour made arrangements for merchandise that made our event look wonderful instead of last minute. Â It saved time, money and my blood pressure from being caught in traffic. Â Unfortunately, I was sick the day of the event and don't have pictures but everyone raved about what a great job I did especially at the last minute. I LOVE Prophouse! We needed to add a little extra something to an event space we rented for a conference and thought some Persian rugs would do the job. After unsuccessfully searching for a local company that would rent such a thing, a friend recommended Prophouse. From beginning to end, the rental process was excellent. It was all handled over email, and even though I had the option to come into the warehouse or give them a call, working through email was much more convenient for me. Everyone was absolutely lovely, and made for a very smooth rental process!I opted to stop by the warehouse rather than have our four runners delivered. They're located right off of Greensprings, which was very convenient for me and it was so easy to find! The process of signing for the rugs was easy peasy and they even loaded them in my car for me.
