A long overdue review for PC1.  I've worked directly with Robert for the past 8 years as he and his crew have done a fantastic job of maintaining our common areas and yard at our 4 unit condo association.  Never an issue with regards to their performance and he's always quick to respond to any request/question.  He's also great at bringing in additional resources to assist with steam cleaning carpets and painting.  Highly recommend Robert and Property Care 1. I hired Rob and his crew for our 8 unit building about a year ago. We have been happy with the job that they do. Anytime something was overlooked or i needed a small change, it was taken care of quickly. Hiring Property Care 1 to do the yard work and maintain the halls and common areas of our apartment buildings was one of the best business decisions we have made. Every time I walk into a building after they have been there it feels like Christmas! They do a thorough job, alert us if there are issues we should be aware of, are easy to work with when we want something different and are very reliable. This year we also had them install sod at a few of our buildings with great results. They are very much aware that the condition of our common areas impacts how our tenants feel about us and their homes and helps us to attract good tenants.
