What do you love most about your job?
I love the challenging aspect of identifying why a certain defect has arose within a property. I am a true believer in carrying out a very in depth survey of any defect and ensuring i always get to the root cause of any problem. At Property Safeguard we never apply a 'one size fits all' methodology and vow to rectify any issue first time, every time.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The reason i founded Property Safeguard was that i believe there is a vast gap in the market to offer an honest and ethical property preservation company. After spending years working as a building surveyor for a housing association, i have seen many of poor and unnecessary jobs, particularly damp proofing, and i feel that i can make a big difference in the industry and give people trust in the work the industry carries out.
