I love my new kitchen. I found Chesco and Michelle very professional and easy to work with, the workmanship is first-class. the cabinets, soft-close doors/drawers/pantry/spice drawer all wonderful, and crown moulding to ceiling to cove bulkhead beautiful. There were no surprises. Progressive worked with my husband and myself to accommodate our plan and provide advice as needed from their experience. They were always available, and quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. Everything flowed smoothly, timelines were met; budget adhered to. Their contractors/apprentices/craftsmen were all professional, friendly and tidy. They had a variety of product to choose from including sinks, and would recommend other places to go if they didn't have what we wanted. From start to finish it was an exceptional experience! I couldn't have asked for a better team to work with they went out of there way to make it perfect! There were a couple of issues that arose during installation that were dealt with in a very timely fashion.
Quick to answer all of our emails, and phone calls. I have already recommended Progressive to friends and will continue to refer anyone that is looking for quality cabinets at a very reasonable price.

I could not be more impressed with the customer service and the quality of the custom cabinetry that we received from Progressive Kitchens. Friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure the project completed with our 100% satisfaction. They were able to provide professional suggestions and recommendations for choices that can be overwhelming when faced with multiple decisions that need to occur to complete such a project.

We called up this business after receiving excellent endorsements from friends and seeing the cabinets installed in their houses. We compared with competitors, but after meeting Chesco we knew we wanted to work with Progressive. He and Michelle gave us lots of options, respected our desires, provided solutions for some design challenges we had, and got it all done on time and on budget! We contracted with this family business to do a complete renovation of our kitchen after receiving numerous glowing recommendations from friends and colleagues. After meeting Francesco and Michelle I was confident that they would go the extra mile to deliver the kitchen we wanted with great attention to detail. They met and exceeded our expectations--they were ready to instal ahead of time and all the instal was completed in less tha 2 days. I was referred to Chesco by my daughter and son-in-law who were very pleased with the work done by Progressive Kitchens. . I had looked at other designers but after visiting with Chesco I knew that I had found the people with whom I wanted to work. I needed someone to listen and make helpful suggestions. I found that Chesco did just that. He was able to take my years of ideas and make it into the kitchen of my dreams. He also made a number of great suggestions so that my need for efficiency has been met. I am so happy that I spend much of time at home in the room.
