1) COMMISSION

1 property - 9%
2 - 5 properties - 8%
6+ properties - 7%

Our commission accounts for
- day to day property management
- routine property inspections
- out of hours emergency service
- reporting of any issues to landlord
- arrangement of works
- assisting with utility services
- monitoring, receiving and forwarding of rental payments
- preparation and forwarding of rental statements
- maintaining contact with the tenant

2) MARKETING FEE

£100 + VAT

Our marketing fee includes the following advertising
- website
- On the Market
- signposts and boards

3) TENANCY ARRANGEMENT FEE

£150 + VAT

The tenancy arrangement fee covers the cost of
- viewings
- tenant sourcing
- referencing checks
- drawing up inventory
- drawing up and signing tenancy lease
- administrating deposit in protection scheme
- organising tenant entry
- assisiting with transfer of utility services to tenant's name

4) TENANT FIND-ONLY FEE (Non full management option)

£250 + VAT

Includes the following
- all marketing
- all tenancy arrangement
